Great laptop for an excellent price! Does everything I need it to. Being unsure of myself, BestBuy was extremely helpful in answering the questions I had about setup.

the laptop was refurbished. the laptop failed. Seems that it could either not take a charge, or another type of catastrophic failure occurred.
Best Buy did refund the entire purchase price.
