Great laptop for the money

I brought five lap tops for school. They work great and were great buys for the price. They are built to last.

Came installed w/wrong OS along w/other problems

I ordered this computer assuming, give the price, that it would be a good solid basic computer. It came installed with Windows 7 although it was advertised as coming with Windows 10. It also came with a disc that said "Windows 10 installation disc- already installed on your computer." The computer doesn't have a disc drive so I thought that was weird. It also wouldn't load any videos and seemed to have flash problems. No one at Best Buy seemed to know why the computer had all of these issues but they let me return it with no issue and I got the Dell Inspiron 13 instead and have had no problems. I wouldn't buy the Dell Latitude again.
