This PC has been great so far. Purchased for some 3D modeling and surprisingly the 16gb RAM is handling it well. Good price point for a workstation.

We took a chance in refurbished and it was one of the best purchases we ever made. This computer is fast and everything we needed. It didnt come with sd card slot but there quick customer response on what to get for that use. We are so very happy with our new computer. Everything about it seems new.

It runs great. It is exactly what was described. I had to get a new cable adapter because it doesnt have an HDMI plug in. But once i got that, everything went really smooth.

I updated my old computer (which was a Dell Inspiron) to this. I am an amateur photographer and take a ton of pictures. With 2 T of memory, I can take as many pictures as I want! My youngest son set it up for me and, so far, it is running great!

It’s working fine never had an issue with the desktop like graphic, it’s not working slow. Working like a new one.Happy with. it wasn’t too much money to spend. It’s was cheaper and you get it to. I recommend to get this. Or any other one.

Solid work computer that runs games decently well. Arrived quickly, in great condition, and booted up no problem. Exactly what I needed it to be.

I really liked the 16 GB of memory and massive amount of storage. The computer works so much better than my old Optiplex 755. This was a refurbished unit from Joy Systems and came in perfect condition. The only drawback to the unit is that the drive is a bit noisy in operation.

compared to my 5 yr old HP, this one has been an amazing upgrade. Being an older lady who only uses it for photos, music and light internet surfing, this is more than capable for my needs. It has the start up speed I need and more than enough RAM to not bog down when I have too many programs open and am switching between them. And the data transfer service was AMAZING! they found files I thought were gone forever.

I was very happy with my purchase I and was very happy to find it was from a Microsoft approved re-hab place. I actually felt and was more secure in my purchase from Best Buy. This was after buying two (rebuilt ones off the web, which went defunct) very satisfied customer. G B

This is one of the fastest computers I've ever owned. My tech savvy kids gave two thumbs up in reference to storage space and speed. The set up process was simple and straight forward. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend JoySystems to friends and family.

The computer does everything it is advertised as doing, but it lacks some features that I assumed it would have. For instance, it has only one HD video port and no HDMI ports. Also, there is no WIFI connections. Of course, these can be added. Also, the keyboard and mouse are not wireless. These drawbacks are offset by the price and functionality of the unit and make it a worthwhile buy. Also, I like that the keyboard has a line of real function keys, as a lot of my programs use them; and I do not have to press a Fn for access.

I am pleased with my purchase and it is doing great. Appreciate the helpful service. Recommend this product to anyone who has need of a good compact computer

Have had this new computer for about 5 weeks now and have been VERY PLEASED with this purchase ! My unit came stamped as "Refurbished" instead of the "Used" I thought I was getting. Was glad to see that. Setup was great, and the "Old School" connections allowed me to just drop in as I was replacing an older 4GB WIN 7 eMachine. So going up to 16GB Ram is a nice boost. The old DB25 Serial connection is nice as I do not have to deal with a USB to Serial adapter - Same with my PS2 keyboard and mouse connection. Only thing that would have been nice would be if it was a WIN 7 machine - But I am getting used to WIN 10.

The PC is working great for us. I would buy another PC from Best Buy when it's time to get another PC.

Like it a lot. First time setting up Window 11. It was easier than expected.

This desktop was exactly what I was looking for. I'm in my 70's, and I needed to replace my 12 yr. old desktop without spending a whole lot.

The PC works great, plenty of memory and hard drive space. Great for daily office work.
