A luxury laptop in terms of performance, build, and experience. The touchpad takes some time getting used to and does slow you down a bit, but for users who want to browse and enjoy every second on a PC, this is the one to use.

This is one of the better laptop in the market. The processor is top of the line and display is just amazing. It packs power in a small form factor.

very fast computer nice and smooth. excellent display and long battery life. The only cons are that it's not a 2 in one (i.e.) it cannot be folded in the form of a Tablet also relatively pricey. I would definitely recommend this laptop if you don't mind the price

The laptop is very slick and modern. It has great specs as well. It is very fast and light. I can take it everywhere. I travel a lot so wanted a lightweight yet powerful laptop. This Dell laptop fits the bill.

We had one of the older Dell XPS laptops since 2017. We loved the way our laptop ran, the quality of colors/screen, and everything else about. When we learned the XPS line is now the Premium line for Dell, we didn't hesitate to get it. Very happy already with the Dell Premium laptop!

Laptop is loud, hot, and the OS recovery is broken. I have had to perform a clean install, outside of Dell's OS Recovery tool just to get this to function correctly. The screen is wonderful on this laptop though. For the price, there are better options.

I needed a new computer that a technology challenged individual could use, but have it be up to date. I am not sure about all the technical things this has , but It is light weight, good touch screen, speed, and it’s easy to use. Zoom for appointments works great. I did have geek squad set it all up for me.

This laptop is essentially the Dell XPS, renamed. I was hesitant at first, because my previous laptop was an XPS and I loved it. I was not disappointed. It is basically the same laptop that I had before with a slightly larger screen and some extra perks. Definitely the best laptop that I have had to date and would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a fast, reliable laptop.

Lightweight powerful laptop for everything we need. Able to tunnel into work remotely and take care of all personal items.

The OLED display is stunning, colors pop and the resolution makes everything look crisp. Performance is excellent for multitasking, creative work, and even some light gaming. The touchscreen feels responsive, and with 32GB RAM and 1TB storage, it feels future-proof. Pricey, but it genuinely feels premium.
