Apparently the quality control step was completely ignored. We regretfully returned it, and had no problems doing so. But we will never buy "refurbished" again, even for a "deal" price.

I got what I paid for!

This was a cheap, temporary fix, but for doing just simple stuff (I am not a gamer) it just couldn't handle it. The computer would freeze up constantly and always sounded like it was ready to take off. I finally lost my patience. Buy new.

Now I've made an appointment to bring it to BestBuy to be repaired. I don't know how long I will be w/o my computer before it is repaired.

Plan IT ROI company building refurbs

I buy a lot of refurbs for the company I work for and this is the 3rd computer I've had issues with that came from PLAN IT ROI. Best Buy you need to re-evaluate which companies sell on your site. I've had to fix problems with all the computers PLAN IT ROI has sent me (purchased on Best Buy site). The latest pc - Windows 10 would not update.
