Customers consistently note the XPS 13.4" OLED laptop's impressive battery life and wonderful OLED display, making it great for photography and streaming. The build quality and processor speed also receive positive feedback, along with its thin and lightweight design, enhancing portability. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the limited number of USB ports and the system's tendency to run warm. A few customers are still getting used to the connectivity.

Pretty happy so far. Expectations already in check, I'm a PC power user (grew up gaming, worked a career of IT Administration and Support for 15 years) and wanted a new toy to play with.
I have long enjoyed simple browsing and typing experiences on machines but have found myself hugging power outlets more on Windows PC's than MacBooks over the years. Especially for everyday non productive tasks since that's normally all I do when I'm not on my gaming desktop.
Notably I've been tinkering primarily with Chrome, and although Facebook has caused a few panics where the browser would do a soft reset of itself, ARM emulating x86/x64 applications seems pretty straightforward and seemless. I've been able to download niche applications that I don't feel like have any active development focusing on ARM for Windows (ProtonMail Bridge for instance) and it installed and runs without a hitch.
The XPS specifically has excellent features. The OLED is the showstopper here naturally. It is pretty light on ports, but you should have already known this going into it. I really lucked out big time, I got it while it was Open Box and on sale.

The Dell XPS 13.4" OLED Touch Screen Laptop is an absolute powerhouse. The Snapdragon X Elite chip delivers lightning-fast performance, making multitasking effortless. The OLED touch display is stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks that enhance every interaction. Battery life is outstanding, easily lasting through a full day of work. Whether you're a creative professional or just need a reliable and stylish laptop, this one checks all the boxes. Highly recommended!

This is a fast and beautiful laptop. The display is the best, and it's a 3K touchscreen display! The trackpad is as responsive as a Mac's, and the minimalistic design keeps the laptop free from dust. Probably the best portable laptop on the market. For Snapdragon Elite X, install the "OpenCL, OpenGL, and Vulkan Compatibility Pack" from the Microsoft Store. It will help you run most software. This information is hard to find because it's fairly new. For most people, it's a great laptop. However, if you are into CAD design, you shouldn't get this laptop.

Fast, compact, reliable. It is exactly what I needed. Brought to a professional meeting. I was able to put it in my regular purse. Battery lasts the entire day of lectures and round tables. It is fast, very quickly responsive. It has backlit keyboard for use during flights back and forth. I was able to easily transfer the configurations and files from my older laptop in minutes when staring up. It came with a 30 days free McAfee anti-virus and I was this close to switch, but price of anti-viral was the same and I would need to switch it in the other 6 household devices. I would give it 6 stars if it weighted 200g less.

I really liked the design of this computer! It’s fast, the keyboard is excellent, and the device is lightweight and practical. I highly recommend this model.

Fast and light, this computer is just what I needed for my many business trips. Made with premium materials and sleek, this Dell attracts attention whenever I am using it on the road. It is also affordable and has enough power to be future-proof.

I am a fan of Dell computers. This model has the Snapdragon X Elite processor. The computer itself works great. The real shortfall is that my back up WD that i currently use on another windows 11 system will not work here. My Trend Micro loads but the display does not work here. Password Manger does not work here. I have become adjusted to the flush touchpad, but the delete flush button is difficult to use.
If I had to do it over I would not have purchased this system and instead got a more typical Dell laptop. It is my hope that the software companies will adapt their software to work with this unit. At the time of this writing I have been using this unit for a month. Hoping that compatibility issues with many software will get worked out. I know I am looking for a desktop unit soon and sadly I won't make this choice again unless these issues are fixed.

Great laptop with outstanding battery life (around 18 hours of YouTube viewing at 40% brightness), excellent keyboard, vibrant display, and solid build quality. Sadly Snapdragon chips don't run statistical software so I had to return it.

9.5/10 - just needs a headphone jack
New xps body style is the best they've ever done. People complaining about it not being like a macbook should just go buy a macbook..
Speakers are great, OLED is amazing, not seeing the touchpad make this laptop look much more modern, and the trackpad is very responsive
the snapdragon cpu is great -- battery life with it is amazing.
Definitely give this laptop a shot if you are looking for an ultraportable powerhouse with an amazing OLED screen.

I’m really happy with my Dell XPS Copilot+ laptop. The design is sleek, lightweight, and very premium, exactly what you expect from the XPS series. The OLED touchscreen is stunning – colors are sharp and bright, great for watching videos and everyday work.
Performance is fast and smooth, and the Copilot AI features are actually useful for productivity. The laptop stays quiet and cool, even with multiple apps open. Battery life is excellent and easily lasts me a full day.
Overall, this is a powerful, modern, and future-ready laptop. Perfect for work, browsing, and entertainment. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality Windows laptop

I've been using this XPS Copilot+ PC for about a month now, and honestly, it's been pretty amazing. Coming from the Apple ecosystem, I was kinda nervous about switching back to Windows, but this laptop really sold me.
First off, this thing is built beautifully. When you pick it up, it feels super premium and lightweight - definitely got what I paid for here. One of the best parts? It's so compact you barely notice it in your bag, and the touch screen is actually super handy (something you don't get with Macs).
I've got it hooked up to two monitors most of the time, and it handles everything like a champ. Haven't really messed with the Copilot+ features much yet, but they're on my to-do list.
Look, if you're like me and you've been going back and forth between Mac and PC, this XPS is definitely worth checking out. It's got all the premium vibes of a Mac but with Windows flexibility. Pretty solid deal

Dell XPS was purchased in July of 2024. It offers the best value in its class. I was tossed between this Dell and Asus. Final decision was for the extra 8GB of 32GB RAM and flip/touch screen over the Asus' dedicated graphic card that wins my purchase decision.
Speed is all right. I am not a randering-demand user and thus, I couldn't really tell unless I run a lab test.
Housing is well built and overall quality is an extention of the Dell XPS line for which the company had always advertise for the XPS line's reputations to the consumers. So far, I am loving it!

I upgraded from my older laptop to a PC setup and got this laptop for on the go computing and it is a great laptop. It looks great, is very portable and has an awesome battery life. I usually get around 10-12 hours on this while doing schoolwork and watching shows, surpassing the product-described battery life. The touchpad looks and feels great as well. Overall, I am a huge fan of this product and am very happy I went with it.

Essentially the sam XPS Plus we have seen before with intel chips only with Snapdragon. Screen is gorgeous and there is certainly less heat issues. I however ended up going with the surface pro for more versatility , I am also not a fan of the digital function row on the keyboard
