I’ve loved this device, looked gorgeous, with the 4k OLED screen and can’t say of the sound and keyboard, but unfortunately the CPU was not compatible with all the apps, or I was unlucky and had a bad experience with it.
1.- I was doing an Excel Spreadsheet, and put the sudden it started clicking randomly everywhere in the screen, thought it was something touching so I cleaned it and it proceeded to do the same thing.
2.- During a zoom meeting, only 10 minutes in, the whole device froze, could not close the app or task manager to end the tasks, so I had to hard reset by holding onto the power button.
For the price, comparing to other devices it is great, but having these problems only two weeks into buying it, is a big no no. Maybe later on there some hardware and/or software updates and hopefully the computer run.

Looks good, keyboard is better than you'd think but with the 14" MacBook Pro available, there is really no reason to buy this laptop. I guess if you needed Windows based functionality, that could be a reason to buy this. It's better than a lot of it's Copilot competition but that's not saying much.

The computer seems good. It does heat up fast, especially when installing updates. My only concern is that it came with Windows 11 Pro, but says it's licensed for just Windows 11 Home, so I cant customize the settings until it's changed. When iI go and try to download the Flash image to update the OS, the boot wouldnt recognize the boot process in the flash.
While during certain workloads all laptops will generate heat. If you device is consistently running hotter than expected, you can try changing to a more efficient power mode. And ensure the device has proper ventilation.

The people were very kind. I am still dealing with issues and I need guidance how to clear up everything that has been downloaded into my iPad and iPhone ever since I I tried to get things properly loaded on my laptop. It is causing major issues as numerous things are downloading onto my devices and slowing everything down.
