    It makes a decent cup of espresso but definitely not the best or greatest from other machines at this price level. The drip tray is very fragile and scratches easily. The water tank does hold a lot of water but most of that water is used to cool off the tank between steaming milk and making espresso. I used this machine three times a day for every day I had it. The machine vibrates so much that you have to hold the cup underneath or it will slide off from the shaking. I learned that the hard way. The pressurized portafilters use semi course ground coffee so don't buy espresso ground or use the fine course on your grinder because it will not pour out properly. Taking this one back and will look at the Breville Bambino Plus.

    This machine had moisture in the reservoir and on the plastic wrap covering the machine when we took it out of the box brand new from the store. There is no way this machine has 15 bars of pressure. The espresso grounds were barely wet after making a double shot of espresso. The machine went back to the store.

    A very solid compact espresso machine. Exceptional coffee flavor and the frothing wand is great for cappuccinos!

    Depending upon your water (hard water etc) you are required to clean and run a certain cleaner made for the espresso machine through it. Makes sense but just another product to buy and have on hand
