microphone is terrible

The sound is clear and fine as far as listening to music. However everyone I talk to with the microphone on this headset is not good. I bought it for work and cannot even use it because the people on the other end are constantly asking me to repeat what I said. Even for the price, if you need someone to hear you through the microphone, it's not worth the purchase.
