Hello I've recently purchased this Denon receiver to pair it with my Bose acoustimass 10 series V speakers and boy the combination is breath taking! The receiver has so much features,power and 7.2 channels for listening to your music, and movies in Dolby Surround, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision for crystal surround sound. The Surround Sound Supporte is DTS 96/24, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, and DTS X. It also has 2 zones so you can have speakers in a separate room to listen to something different,basically like two amps built in one! Also features HEOS for online audio listening which features a list of music apps like pandora, IHeartRadio, Napster etc. Setup is a breeze which you only need to hook up your hdmi/4K cable to your tv to the receiver and plug in the mic with the cool paper tripod included for audyssey to fine tune your speakers from where you will be sitting and location of the speakers. Then if you want fine tune it manually to your specific listening spec. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Awesome receiver,great sound, and worth every penny!

I have owned several receivers from Onkyo to Pioneer Elite which I use primarily for movies. This Denon receiver was by far the easiest to setup and tune. It produces great sound and has a lot of power. Dolby atoms and dts-x content sound amazing from this receiver. It pushes my Klipsch quintet 5 Speakers in a way that non of my previous receivers could. Plus it has all the input connections, Bluetooth, and streaming features that anyone could want or need.

I replaced a older Denon receiver with this one and I'm really happy with the power and the sound quality but really was disappointed that it has no turn table input and the second zone uses the rear channels, no preamp out for another amp to use for whole house audio. So basically its being used as a stand alone 7.1 system where my old one I could play different sources through out the house.

I upgraded to this Denon after my Pioneer Elite died. It has more features than I can count. It sound great, it is easy to use. Love the menu being able to be viewed on the TV.

Really impressed with the device when it worked. But in less than 60 days the sound just stopped working. Called into their support, told me to ship this to a service center at my cost. Received the unit after repair, it said a board had to be replaced but then on getting it back the sound worked intermittently, no Dolby output, wifi messed up and apps couldn't find network. Called their support again and asked me to send it back to the same service center. Still waiting to get it back. Overall a painful experience. I saw other reviews where users said the sound was having issues in under 60 days. So thought would share my experience so it is out there for others who are considering this. Basically if you get a good unit then it is great but otherwise their service isn't great and pretty frustrating. I recommend this to my friends and a couple if them bought this, hoping the same doesn't happen to them.

I'm in love with my Denon receiver. I'm new to building a home theater and my room is pretty small which is perfect for this product. I found a great price on this product which makes it even sweeter! The number of outputs was most important to me. After looking at expensive soundbars that had Dolby Atmos, I realized I would be sacrificing inputs for my various devices (Tivo, PS4, Apple TV, etc). This beauty has 7 on the back and 1 on the front!!! I love customizing the labels of the inputs so I can keep track of what device is being used. The sound is also great. It pushes out power easily for Dolby Atmos or Digital content. Setup is pretty easy and the microphone does a great job of getting to a starting place (as you learn your own preferences, you can tailor the sound to your liking). The unit connects to my phone via AirPlay, Spotify recognizes it for playback, and my Echo Firecube TV understands it and will switch inputs on it!!! I feel like I haven't even fully expanded all of its capabilities. Highly Recommend!

I paired this receiver with 2 Polk TSi200 and 2 Polk TSi100 speakers and an old powered sub that I had. If you are looking for CLEAN power, this is it. No hiss or noise at high volume. Set up was very easy. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a higher end receiver. ALSO - I waited until it was on sale on Amazon and got Best Buy to price match at $499. Great deal!

Was all I expected from Dennon. I have an older Dennon which I never had any problem with, just became outdated. This new Dennon has many extras and is easy to use. Has a easy set up and even calibrates your speakers for 7.2. Hooks to internet and alot of extras. Very pleased with this receiver.

Great sound quality with lots of power. Plenty of outputs and inputs. I like the HDMI passthrough option that allows signal to reach tv even if receiver is off. 2 zones option. Plenty of tuning features. Comes with microphone and tower to optimize sound quality to the acoustics of your room.

My only regret is that I don't have enough speakers to use the full capacity of this receiver. I like how it syncs with TV speaker audio and the setup assistant makes it easy to balance the sound in the room. It wasn't hard to hook up, and it adds so much to my in-home theater experience.

I originally purchased this AVR to replace an older Denon Dolby Pro-Logic AVR... This unit was easy to setup and once setup it has worked flawlessly. I mostly use this unit to watch TV and movies. Everything is clear and rich... I am glad I've upgraded...

The sound is really good on this receiver not to mention how easy is to set it up in no time also, the HEOS app works flawless and the signal for the bluetooth is always strong!

Love this powerful new Receiver. It has plenty of power, and delivers clear crisp sound. I am very satisfied with it. It even self-updates when a new update comes out.

This is a great receiver, plenty of configuration options, plenty of power. I run 7.1 channels in my home and the separation is outstanding. My only complaint is that the onscreen overlay doesn't work with most 4K sources.

I really love the sound of this receiver. I'm by no means an expert when it comes to home audio but it sounds killer to me. HEOS is an added extra.

I looked at several AV receivers before buying this one. The unit has great features and met my needs for power and multiple HDMI ports. Setup was simple. Other receivers were almost twice the price, but didn't offer as many features. A bonus was the ability to control it from my ipad or iphone, with very little effort to set up.

Great sound! Easy to navigate menus. Heos works great! Wish it had a dedicated zone 2 output but I knew that before I bought it. I did notice that I can only upscale to 4k through the first 3 dedicated inputs. The other 3 inputs do not seem to upscale. Most receivers are clearly labeled on the back panel which inputs do. It says all inputs do, but my PS4 will not work on the 3 undedicated hdmi inputs.

Bought this receiver to replace a high end Onkyo. Did the job at half the cost. It is not as robust as the higher end models but is still good for the price.

Easy to set up. Clear and concise directions. Ample amount of inputs for game consoles, DVD players, etc.

Gives better resolution and better sound through earphones.
