I purchased this unit to replace an Onkyo receiver that was limited to 1080p. I just needed 4k capability, but went 8k for the future. Setup was easy and sound is excellent through my existing Yamaha speakers.

This Receiver has been the perfect replacement for my outdated one. It has been working fine with our newer equipment. The setup on the TV screen was easy to follow it was almost plug and play.

Definitely worth it. Highly recommend. Has great sound output, subwoofer output. And has tons of adjustability. Easy to use!

I was in need of a replacement for my old Fischer 2ch amplifier. This thing is awesome. Has a built-in phono preamp (not the loudest, but sufficient and can have the preset db level adjusted based on the channel you select). This is working great to interface with my standing floor speakers and pair with my TV through the eArc feature. Very impressive 5.2 channel unit. The only thing that might detract is that you HAVE to hook it up to your TV to setup and go thru all of the on-screen prompts. But this is infinitely customizable and they have a great app you can download to toggle between channels and pair with streaming services like Spotify. Really powerful AVR.

Added this last Christmas when my wife gifted new speakers (replacing some from 1976) - Klipsch speakers (honestly I think my old Tempest Heil loudspeakers were better - just the woofers rotted out) I replaced my 1976 Sansui receiver (it also worked great and still functions fine) to be able to run TV through the system. Still haven't been successful getting a turntable to work with it....

Brought this item when my previous receiver was having problems and couldn't be fixed. This receiver delivers excellent sound plus it has internet radio as a bonus!

Denon for the win!!! Very easy setup, once you kick the kids out of the room when the mic test is going on. Everything I was looking for in my setup and eARC worked perfect on this model, as I had some issues with a different Denon model below this. Dialog and sound quality was more than enough to fill my living room, wife had to tell me to turn it down several times.

Much better connectivity than old models. It has worked seamlessly with many different phone users. However setup to create a Zone 2 was tricky. We like to have the option to have two playing in different areas (inside and outside). Need better instructions on how to do this.

Very good clear sound and it gets very loud if I wanted to, the sound is very clear and not distorted at all when I turn the volume way up. I’m very satisfied with it

very hard to set up, took forever to get my SMART tv to talk to this.Come to find out it needed a special HDMI cord that I ordered from Amazon and it worked. Had to google it bc there were not any directions to set up . Would be nice if it had a quick start for directions, that would have been less stressful.

very good receiver, easy to use. A little underpowered for my large great room so I will be moving it to the bedroom and buying another receiver with more power output.

The denon home receiver I purchased is the perfect product for my BOSE speakers I have connected and I have space to add a few more surround speakers to my home. I recommend this product for everyone who has a bunch of speakers

Does the job as intended easy to use and operate now while I do like it overall if I had to do it all over again I would spend the exrta for the next one up

The product sounds great and was easy to set up through the TV. Make sure you also download the app to work it through your smart devise.
