    They did such a poor job, i got my money back. I even found out the man lied, then i suggested that he be fired for the lie and not letting me read what he supposedly done.

    I don't think I should have to pay for support on a printer I just bought. My problem was not resolved. Hp was no help so I thought I could contact Best Buy for assistance. Very disappointed.

    Didn’t listen to the problem I had with my new pc. Did what they wanted didn’t fix the problem also never called back nor asked if the problem was fixed. Spoke with guy for about 2mins and he managed to have an attitude within that time frame.
