    I recently bought a new laptop and couldn't figure out how to connect it to my printer. So I called Geek Squad and they assisted me. They were patient with me and downloaded software from the printer's manufacturer's website. This enabled the printer to connect to the laptop.

    Despite their claim that the monitor issue had been corrected, it was not and the monitor still didn't work. I had to spend another $200.00 with a local computer outfit to get the thing to finally work.

    The Geek Squad agent remotely logged into my computer, did a couple of things to my computer, told me there was nothing wrong and disconnected. He didnt even tell what all he looked or what he did to my computer. I paid a lot of money for this computer and it still wont stay connected to the internet. The ONLY reason i bought my computer from Best Buy was because I was told the Geek Squad was the best.

    The Geeks were attentive and tried very hard, after each time on the phone the printer worked briefly. It is not working now I have to find time to call again.

    I purchased this for help with a $600-$700 printer I purchased that was not connecting to the internet. They took over remote access to my laptop, then after about 15-20 minutes, closed out all the windows on my laptop and exited the chat with no solution to my issue. Then sent me a receipt saying the ran tests on my computer, which they did not do, and resolved the issue, which they also didn’t do.
