I love this drone …. I was reluctant to do refurbished but it was in perfect condition

I’ve recently purchased a refurbished drone from you guys. I was a little concerned at first about buying a refurbished drone but was assured by the details below So I purchased it anyway. I have plans on doing work with this drone, helping with services including helping state parks search for missing people and pets out of the gratitude of my heart. I received the drone on July 3rd. Excited it came in the mail but to my surprise just as I opened the box it was clearly broken. A very critical part. And very visible. I have pictures to prove that the gimbal camera and Eternals were smashed in rendering the drone useless. Now how can that get past your painstaking loving refurbishing department? I had to drive to my local Best Buy and return it. But they could not help me there. I had no other choice but to return my other drone I bought brand new new from Best Buy just to purchase a new drone from another store 30 minutes from this location. It’s false advertisement promising a refurbished drone that is supposedly tested painstakingly. Here are the photos of the drone. I don’t know whether to get a lawyer involved to resolve my problem but I need to go down that route because I have no other choice. Clearly this should have never been sold. And it says no where you guys subcontracted other companies to refurbish theses products instead of the geek squad team. I’ve contacted a coiple folks up in corporate but yet they have not gotten back to me. No where do they say buy at your own risk. this may happen to the wrong consumer one day

Buying refurbished items can save you a lot of money but you do take a chance sometimes. I am glad I bought this one because it looks to be more of an open box purchase than a refurbished item. It looks new and all of the parts that come with this package look new as well, including the manuals and documentation which was still in the plastic. I charged everything up, created a DJI account and got it linked to the drone. I then took it for a test flight and everything worked absolutely perfectly, including some great shots of my neighborhood. And this drone takes some AMAZING pics and videos! The DJI Air 3 flies incredibly well and is very easy to control. I am so glad I spent the extra money to get the RC2 controller. It's so much better than having to use my phone, although it was never the end of the world. The RC2 is just awesome and super convenient. And by the way, the range on the DJI Air 3 is ridiculous. You will run out of 50% of the battery life in order to turn around and make it back before it runs out of range. Search Youtube for videos of this. If you are looking for a great drone that flies well and takes amazing photos and videos then this would be a great choice. Highly recommended.

Air 3 delivered today and was in like new condition. No damage, scratchs, ect. Previous owner used in 9 times on his boat! Two batteries still has new tag on it, Carry bag new tag on it. ect. guess I got a good one. Only thing I had to do was do a chat with dji so I can get the Dji care for it. Took about 10 minutes of my time. I charged the batteries and took it for a spin. Flawless! could not be happier, Saved a big chunk of change...

The refurbished Air3 drone itself was in almost perfect condition even though the box was in rough shape. Everything was fully functional and there was only 1 use cycle on two of the batteries. The plastic gimbal protector was missing, but I was able to purchase one on Amazon for $12. Overall I'm glad that I purchased this refurbished.

This is a worthy successor to the Air 2S which I replaced with this Air 3. Far better images with the new camera, much better flight times with the bigger batteries, far better range with the new Ocusync 4. Note to people who are afraid of not being able to get DJI Care Refresh with this package, you can get it with video proof the drone isn’t broken. It was as good as new with a 350 dollar discount.

This was a great value and it looks like new. Everything was there, but no manuals for some reason. I took one star off because it still had someone's account and 2 pictures on it and the wifi was turned off. Once ig got that sorted out it was perfect. I just downloaded the manual from DJI. It is a fantastic drone and the features are phenomenal. Range and battery life are outstanding and picture quality is exceptional.

Coming from a Dji Mini 3 pro I wasn't expecting the quality to be much different, but I was pleasantly surprise to see that I was wrong. I was planning on getting the mini 4 pro since it seemed like they had the same sensor size but I ended up loving the 70mm eq second lens on the Air 3! It gives such a different perspective and you can achieve parallax shots. The drone is very stable even when flown under high winds, I definitely noticed the difference with the mini series. If you use a drone professionally or plan on flying it farther or in high wind conditions, this is the drone for you!

I had my reservations because it was a refurbished unit when I bought it but I love flying with my DJI Air. Great video quality and I love the dual camera

It's been quite some time since I owned a DJI drone, and I must say, the Air 3 is a significant upgrade from the original Mini. The battery life is impressive, and the picture quality is outstanding.

Buy with faith. I took a gamble and got blessed. It came open box but was like brand new with most stickers on it and all parts included, the tag was still on the bag also. They will be bound to another account. It took me 3 business days to contact dji with a pdf proof of purchase and serial number of all batteries and the aircraft to have them unbound it. I saved over 600 bucks and have a like new air 3. Itll be bound and when its bound you can not quick transfer or use another remote. Djo can resolve this with a proof of purchase pdf reciept. It is not refurbished but like i said mine was only powered on bound to an account and returned. The props hadnt been installed at that also. I can post pictures later. It has 0 finger pronts or scratches. Purchase with faith and caution.
