Very helpful, also really great for solo traveling

This stabilizer is great & allows for movies & videos to be shot without the shaking. It’s also nice that the also acts as a tripod. Another benefit is that is smaller than most selfie sticks. Holds an IPhone perfectly

Shockingly light and portable. Genuinely surprised by how light and small this gimbal is. The app is really great. Having some issues with the app in initially connecting to the device by Bluetooth but a couple resets and it works great.

Amazing for recording activities, the app is very user friendly. A must buy for recording family memories.

Served it’s purpose and the DJI app has tons of features. If you’re only needing a gimbal to work with your phone, this is a great choice. I used it for many events and my footage came out buttery smooth. Remember to walk like a ninja though, lol.

Over all I am very happy with this gimbal. It is very user friendly and seems to hit all the needs. I have found the particularly extending arm useful. It gives your videos the thing it is missing most. That extra bit of stability.

Best recent purchase. Bought a MagSafe attachment from Amazon for like $10, which makes it that much more convenient. Magnet strength is perfect, and companion app makes for fast and great calibration.

Excellent product that is in every way superior to its predecessor. It is noticeably lighter and a little smaller which is a plus to carry around in your bag with the rest of your gear. The new features are great and easy to use.

Works great but if you have iPhone pro max you really don’t need this. iPhone pro max does this for you as a feature.

My favorite thing about this gimbal is how compact it is. It's light and folds down very small, so it's easy to travel with. On the downside, the functionality isn't that great compared to some other gimbals. There are very few controls on the gimbal itself, meaning you need to use the app to get most of the functionality versus the native camera app or other third party apps. It's also a little wonky with how the arm is designed so you don't have a full range of motion like you would with other gimbal designs.

I chose this gimbal over the Pocket 2. I owned the OM4 and it was great for what I used it for. I upgraded to the Pocket 2 and found the convenience of having a tiny camera to capture video was great and all but had to pay even more money for simple quality of life accessories reaching $400+ for the whole package. Plus the camera will eventually become outdated. Having the camera features of your smartphone while using the OM5 works just fine for me at the $129 price point. I’m not a huge video content guy - I record my family events and trips, sporting events, etc. I definitely get weirder looks using the bigger gimbal but oh well! It’s worth it to capture smooth, quality videos.

I had trouble learning everything I needed to remember and do in order to use this as intended. I was filming four day wedding event and when I missed half of my nieces wedding ceremony, thinking I was recording but learned it wasn’t, I stopped trying to use it. I returned it. I really hated how the camera arm swung around doing its own thing. It actually was out of control so the feature was not helpful. Maybe it will work for someone else. Best buy was great at trying to teach me about the features but it didn’t work for me.

This is a great addition to any videography endeavors. There is a bit of a learning curve, as with any technology, but I was using it with great results within one hour of unboxing. It is really just a matter of learning what the buttons do and what the software that it connects to does. One of the things that really peaked my interest in this product was the tracking feature and I am not disappointed. It does everything it claims to do and it does it well. It's lightweight and easy to hold. I am not much of a selfie person but the telescoping handle is also great for filming things up high. I am happy with my DJI OM 5 and can't wait to continue to explore the possibilities of what it has to offer.

Best gimbal stabilizer out there. You can do so much with the DJI mimo app... like edith pro like video contents. You can mimic drone video shots with it as well. Awesome gimbal if you know how to use it right.

Very solid and premium build. Feels much better than other mobile gimbals on market. Very intuitive and easy to use. You dont need to remeber crazy buttons or get it to work.

A great portable gimbal for cellphone user: I am using this for my iPhone 13 pro and it works really well. Very easy to use and great quality. Gimbal works as it should with different shooting options.

A very handy device for video recording. Easy to operate and intuitive. Shooting is done with very good stabilization. Even the wife was able to figure out the instructions herself.
