Only Stanley Kubrick could make World War III funny! Peter Sellers is amazing in three very different parts - including the title role. George C. Scott is hysterical as a wacko general. But nothing beats Slim Pickens as hayseed Maj. "King" Kong!

Heard about this film for many years. Upon viewing enjoyed the dark humor and sarcastic look at how society viewed the cold war in the 60s. The final line in the movie finally makes sense :)

I bought this movie along with two others to do Best Buy's 3 for $20 deal, which essentially meant that I got this movie for $6.67. That's the lowest price I have ever seen for this movie. This movie is worth your time, watch it immediately.

I know and love this movie, and it is a masterpiece. I have held off getting a copy of it for my own movie library, waiting for something special. When I saw this at Best Buy, I knew it was time to add this classic to my movie collection.

I had wanted to replace my dvd version of this film for quite some time and when I saw the new packaging and cover art work I couldn't help myself. One of my favorite Kubrick films.

The only issue that I have with this steelbook release is the cropped back that is just a zoomed-in still of the front cover. Other than that- the release is perfect- and at the price it's at- you can't really go wrong.

Classic anti war film from the genius Stanley Kubrick. Never looked or sounded this great. Stars a very funny Peter Sellers. Must see.

One of the greatest political satires ever put on the big screen, I can't really say much that hasn't been mentioned in previous reviews. If you're looking for a humorous take on nuclear annihilation, this is the film for you.

Item arrived great. The only problem I have is how they ship it. I wish they shipped it more padded because this is a metal steelbook and it needs extra protection during transit so it does not arrive damaged with dents and bents.

This film is on may people's top 20 list and for good reason. The blu ray was OOP and expensive, got this steelbook for $15 and I probably should of gotten at least one more cause they are sold out, so get one if you can.

This movie is a hilarious classic look at the cold war. It's also kind of sobering to consider how if things had just gone slightly different in some cases, the world could have been destroyed.

In order to appreciate this movie one requires their absolute attention and a bit of patience. A very interesting movie, a history lovers dream and excellent addition to the collection. Steel book edition worth the money

This is a fantastic looking Steelbook Blu-ray and is offered at a great price. Blu-ray copies of this movie were much more expensive at other outlets and didn't come in packaging even close to this quality.

Excellent movie, Best Buy has a great price for a classic like this.

Kubrick's best movie full of incredible visuals and iconic scenes. Absolutely beautiful in black and white 4k.

This is a classic 1960's treat with Peter Sellers in 3 roles, George C. Scott is a fantastic role, with Slim Pickens and James Earl Jones in great supporting roles.

I enjoyed watching this again in this high quality format

I curious to know what a black & white movie looks like in 4K but the main reason I bought it (aside from the fact it a Kubrick film) is that I went in blind on my first viewing which wasn't a good idea so I bought so I don't have to rent it again.
