This game was way better than I thought it would be. One of my favorite traditional RPG's. The story and settings are super memorable and interesting.

This game is amazing. I've played almost 20 hours and the end is no where in sight. This and Dragon Quest Builders are taking up all of my spare time!

What a delightful game which has kept me quite busy and is not short on content. Great for those who like to read and enjoy a slow paced adventure.

You explore, fight enemies, find stuff, and it's actually going to take you over 100 hours just to complete the story which I think I'd a good thing.

This is one of the best Dragon Quest Game in the series. It is a bit slow but so vast and with over 70 hours of gameplay!

i played the game originally on the PS1 and the 3DS is actually a graphical improvement. However understand that it is 20-30 minutes before your first fight and 20 hours (for me) before you can change classes. Being able to play as monster classes is fun.

I played this A LOT as a kid, so I was pretty excited about a version I could play on my DS. They did a pretty good job with it, I'm very pleased.

Another fantastic entry in the Dragon Quest series, now much more accessible. A must buy for old school JRPG fans.

It's a very length RPG. You're going to put 100+ hours into it. If that's your thing, go for it. It's a little dated, but still lots of fun.

This game serves as great example of how to remake a classic game: update the graphics and some of the more tedious aspects of the gameplay, and keep all the original charm and intrigue. A great addition to any Dragon Quest library.

As a fan of the original on the original playstation, I have to say the team responsible for this put a lot of love into this update. So far I'm loving it! Not my favorite Dragon Quest title by far, but still up there with the best!

This game definitely has some old school quirks, but with the help of an online guide, was definitely fun from start to finish
