    The handles, even when tightened super hard, have slipped on me multiple times. Also, there is a plastic insert that fits the diameter of the Zhiyun Crane that simply just fell out in travel without me noticing. Now it won't attach and I'm left with a completely useless product.

    So funny story I never bought this... someone must of used the wrong phone number when they bought it, but the other guy who posted here said it was a piece of Junk and he looks trustworthy.
