Only 16" wide mounting base

I'm trying to center a 60 inch TV on my wall in the family room above the fireplace. The wall is 68 inches wide. The first stud is 19 inches from the left side of the wall. The second stud is 35.5 inches from the left side of the wall. In order to get the TV centered, I would need to have the TV extend far out from the wall. I want a TV mount where it essentially just moves side to side and stays as close to the wall as possible. I know you all do the 15-day return policy, but I was wondering if there's any way I could possibly trade this wall mount with another one that better suits my needs. I still have the box and all the parts.

Ended up using the long ones but the bumpers they give you are too big and don’t fit. As a result the brackets that bolt onto the tv wobble around. Also very difficult to take advantage of the fully articulating feature on a 75” tv since it’s almost impossible to move the thing around and get it where you want it. Lastly, I have adjusted the tension as high as it will go and the tv still wants to angle downwards. My TV only weighs 80 pounds and this bracket is rated for 99. Not sure where the weight rating came from! Overall, I don’t recommend this tv bracket. All the positive reviews must have come from people with smaller TVs
