Very Difficult to Adjust

However, even when the bolts are loosened, it is INCREDIBLY difficult to adjust. I feel like I'm going to break my TV every time I adjust this. I would not purchase this again simply due to how difficult it is to pull from the wall, push back against the wall, and turn.
