Bot heavy but it’s holding up good. Might take 2 people to install

Have not mounted yet. But the flexibility is why we bought this one.

I never recommended to buy that product from best buy. I install that stand with professional, they confirm that backside wall plate are on level, still tv is looking slant. I already complain the Best buy, they says you can return the product. They expecting to remove that stand and return the product. Instead of compensate my product money and professional installation cost and all damage they are expecting to remove from wall and return the product for refund. I was very disappointed from that. When i start chatting with Best buy rep they transfer 5 times to different department for resolution, but still not get any solution. I am expecting best buy to compensate with my all expense what i spent for that. Still i am dealing with bad look in my living room.

Depending on the size of the TV you are looking to mount I would say 55" and under it is ok. Anything larger I would recommend something else. I attempted to mount a 65" TV and struggled with the build of the mount. In the end I returned the mount and went with another one.

The spacers were too big and I had to take a knife to them and cut them down to size.

Great product but it is very stiff and hard to pull sometimes.

Leaning to the right no matter what we do...for the price not bad.

I have a light weight 70# TV and I will say that this is flimsy when it comes to tightening the screws to lock into place on the mounting bracket. Worries me to even use the full motion as one of the screws bent the frame immediately. Id take it back if I could.

I am usually handy but this thing was way too big and heavy for me to install myself. I had to return and get something less bulky. If you plan on doing it yourself this is a no, if you plan on having it professionally installed then maybe for you. It seems like good material very heavy metal.

Sturdy mount, but full motion is lacking. Instructions say to loosen the bolts at the top of the mount to adjust the viewing angle. After doing such, it is still hard to adjust mount. I have to pull the tv w/ so much force, I feel like I’m going to bend/break this 35lb. 55” TV

Has everything I want in a TV mount - only problem I found as that is was a tight fit to get into studs 16 inches apart. Adding a couple inches in length to the base would have made this a 5 star. Other folks might not have this issue but I ended up taking it back.

It's very steady for my 75in tv.it was easy to install

Bought this because of the great deal, but when the Best Buy installers came to mount the tv on it, they said it wasn’t a very good mount. It was also unable to be centered properly on my wall because of the studs. Had to buy a better mount from them and return this one...

Easy to install but hard to adjust once the thing is ok wall.

Terrible mount, the locking screw bracket is so flimsy that it bent when I tried to tighten the locking screw. I had to modify the TV mount by drilling a hole so the mounting screw would go in the hole and secure the TV on the mount. The adjustment is very difficult to position the TV and I only have a 65" TV. Now that I drilled into my stone fireplace I have to try and find a new TV mount that works properly and hopefully matches the holes I drilled. I highly DO NOT recommend this tv mount!!!

The mount is a little loose and my tv is a bit lopsided

Doesn’t allow too much movement but it gets the job done.

Not very easy to swivel. Easy to install otherwise
