I thought cool, a mount that can move. I got it professionally mounted, and all was well until i wanted to pull it out, as it should be able to. But now it won’t stay straight, it’s constantly unlevel no matter what I try to do to level it out

Wasn’t able to use for my tv because of the studs in my home

I'm sure it's a decent mount. Too bad I will never get to know because the studs in my house are 24 inches apart and this is only fitted for 16 inches. Now I have to pack it back up and return it and try to find one that will fit. Pretty disappointed.

Works well once installed, not easy to get mounted.

Heavy duty but very still and no up and down range

Very cumbersome to hang all in one piece as it is designed most wall hanging units will have a base or template that mounts to the wall then you hang the mechanism on that this is not built that way it was very cumbersome and difficult to install with one person

Good for price but they need to add more spacers !!!

I have installed at least 12 wall mounts and different brands. This wall mount will work for most applications but would not place a 60” or larger tv on it. I have a 65” TV and the design or back plate for in the enter is not ideal for larger heavy units.

The bracket started out working just fine but clearly a 75" screen is just too much for this bracket to handle. It no longer holds the TV in position and list to the left so the TV is crooked. I can not recommend this unit for a large TV.

At 99 lbs It will definitely take two people to mount this, one to hoist/hold it while the other drills it into the wall. The mount and brackets don’t come apart. So you have to be prepared to hoist and hold (99lbs) and drill simultaneously.

Works as advertised, however the brand that sams club or costco offers for a few bucks more are much better. This can slide side to side and the hinges are super tight, so it feels like you are going to taco your TV when you use it.

Very heavy and the motion is not smooth once installed with the 65" TV. I felt like you needed 2 people to safely move the TV on this mount. Returned it and exchanged it for the rocketfish which is amazing and totally worth the extra $50

It was a little difficult to install but it does work well

My Samsung Tvs would not mount properly to this with the provided harware. The screws were either too long or too short, and the spacers didnt help. I tried on two 55 inch Samsung TVs that I purchased from Best Buy. The first wouldn't work at all. The second, I had to use additional washers to get a close to snug fit. Once installed, the TV doesnt not sit level even though the wall mount is level. Then it is very difficult to move the TV. So bad, that i am afraid to move it in fear of breaking the TV.

I wanted to return this but I waited too long. It’s not a bad thing mount but it just won’t work for us. Could I possibly exchange for something else? It’s still in original packaging…. Not even used once.

This mount will not let you mount a tv with the holes 100mm apart in the horizontal direction. It says it is 100 x 100 compliant but that is incorrect. The bracket you see in the centre of the mount interferes with the the two bars connected to the tv when they are 100mm apart. Most annoying. It is an excellent quality product. Very sturdy and solid. Wish i could have used it. Will keep for possible use down the road when we upgrade another TV.
