Product was missing the safety pins. Still haven’t been able to find a solution to fixing this. If anyone has please help lol fits great into the wall and holds the tv but without those pins it’s never going to work right.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It does exactly what it says. It's a real space saver and easy to install. It's also adjustable for easy viewing anywhere in the room. I would definitely purchase again.

I have no idea how the product functions however I know that they certainly don't make it clear it ONLY works with 16" stud spacing. Double check your stud spacing prior to purchase to avoid the hassle of returning.

It says up to 75". Well I have a 75" QLED samsung, initially hanging the t.v. I was afraid it was going to fall. I would rate the full motion 1 star due to how un stable it is. If you need to slide it left/right too much the degree angle will change making it uneven. Its super hard to pull the mount its so stiff you feel like your going to break the t.v. I would not recommend the mount for a t.v. over 55". After you try and adjust the t.v. it will wobble around. Very dissatisfied.

Oh good and sturdy wall mount unfortunately because of the stud system in Florida I could not use it. If the circumstances were different I would’ve definitely purchased this for one of my TVs.

I’m having such a difficult time moving my television. The mount is way to stiff. It’s considered a Full Motion Mount but I have yet to experience the range of motion without struggling. It’s very disappointing.

Very heavy and cumbersome. Mounting was an ordeal. And it does not swivel in and out easily. I'm always nervous I'm going to rip out my wall when I pull and extend the TV. Would not buy again.

Worst full motion mount we have bought. If you are looking for full motion do not buy this product as it is so hard to move you'll need 2 strong people to move it if you want it to move anywhere besides a tilt. We have 2 others that are super easy to move but this was just for my home office so went cheaper and so wish would have just paid the extra few dollars. Would not recommend if looking for the full motion feature.

My tv weights 50lbs. This holds the tv no fully extended. No problem. It does not extend and go back easily. It took two adults pulling at the arms for us to move it against back against the wall. It also leans to one side. I have the mount perfectly level and the tv hooked center. But it still leans down on one side. Given again i wouldn't buy this

Not good quality. I mounted my 70in tv and the tilt mechanism doesn’t work properly. It has tv tilted down and doesn’t allow you to keep tv from tilting down. Not a good buy.

I believe I had to return this as it did not fit my new tv

Easy install. I attempted to use this on my 75” tv but they really should stop it at around 55. Looked ridiculous on my wall, had to remove and get a stationary tilt mount.

I paid an extra $100 for Geek install. I mentioned the TV was to be mounted on an outside wall when I ordered the service. The installer stated that he could not wire the boxes on an outside wall ( licensed electrician job ). He stated that sound connections would incur an additional charge. The TV was mounted on the wall ($99 charge), set up for wifi, connected to my cable box (all for a total of $199). TV worked for one hour and then would not function, I have been waiting on a Samsung replacement for one month.

Purchased to mount a 65 inch TV and per the geek squad it was a good one to use. Now it to late to return and stuck with a not that great of a mount.

Doesn’t fit all stud ranges. That’s not necessarily the product’s fault, but it is the designers fault. So it either works for your wall/application, or it doesn’t. In my case, it didn’t work. So I can’t give it a good rating. Things have to work for them to get a good rating. Should I have bought it? Maybe. Maybe not. I didn’t know my studs would be too wide, and since I’ve not ran in to this with other wall mount kits, I didn’t expect an issue or limitation on this one.

Purchased this thinking that full motion meant the ability to tilt forward. This mount doesn't allow that. Otherwise pretty easy to mount to the wall.

Used a level to install the TV mount. After mounting a 50” tv on it the TV is crooked. Does not hold weight of the TV well. The tv is a Samsung 7 series 4K.

Eh...not that great, but you get what you pay for with this one. It will hold small to average size TVs with ease. Once you get above 50 in then it’s no good.

Sent me correct item but the hardware was missing from the box. Had to do more work on my end to get it exchanged. Poor quality control I’d say

Product requires stud spacing of 16"!! It seems like a great, sturdy product, but the fact that this isn't listed anywhere in the product listing is my reason for rating 1 star. My studs are apparently 24" apart where I wanted to mount my TV so I can't use this. I would bet some of the ratings mentioning this is unstable also have 24" studs and probably found one stud and assumed the location of the other. The manual also seems to assume that studs are always 16" apart.
