It was far to heavy to mount on our wall for the size tv we have. Also all hardware was missing in this box nowhere to be found. Returned to local Best Buy for refund.

Extremely stiff. Hard to adjust. I would not be surprised if it damages the TV due to the force which must be exercised to change its angle.

My studs were 18inches on center and the bracket was not long enough to center the mount. The installer had to put 2x4s up for an ugly wall mount.

Aw this mount has been disappointing its everything but full motion. It's heavy as the tv, so if you're a novice be careful be sure to catch a stud.

Bought this mounting system for our bedroom and it was mounted level but the tv itself is not level when mounted on the bracket. Disappointed

the mount doesn't stay in place it does not handle the full weight that it says it does. If you have one of the larger TVs in its capacity do not order this.

Unhappy that the return window for this is so short - this will certainly impact my Best Buy experiences in future as i will shop elsewhere.

Please make it more evident that this product WILL NOT MOUNT to walls with 24" studs as it comes. I'm seeing nothing in the product description to give me that indication and the Q&As give conflicting answers. Having to figure out a workaround now, because I'm out of the return window. Probably a good product, but useless catalog description.

Great quality however it makes the tv wiggle too much and is hard to keep straight with the function it has. Good mount but just too wobbly for my 70”

I didn’t like this mount. I bought a 65” and felt like it wouldn’t support the weight. So i returned the item for something sturdier.

Heavy to assemble/install. After installing the movable arms for moving tv away from the wall and tilting the viewing angle the tv was very loose. Tightening the arms enough to add stability blocked adjustments to the tv's final location. When trying to pull tv away from the wall, the tv came off the brackets and fell to the floor. Contacted Best buy and was told to take the tv to the dump and buy a new tv. The tv was less than 30 days old.

It blocks all the connections in the back of the TV. We can't plug in antennas, speakers, gaming consoles, etc. It's really stiff and hard to move. Bad design. We have another full motion from HD that works perfectly. Not this one and I can't believe it has such a terrible design flaw.

The product appears durable, but the mount design would not allow me to center the TV over my desired location while still hitting two studs.

Not as sturdy as I thought it would be. My 75" TV sags.

It holds the TV up but does not serve its purpose. You cannot tilt you cannot extend TV is too heavy, but it says it’s made for it

Trying to get the cords plugged in is a joke I had to take a torch and modify it for the cords. I would not recommend this product.

Garbage. I guess that’s always the rule of thumb when you buy low cost stuff - you get what you pay for it. I really thought this would work for my 65” TV. It does the job but I think the bracket can’t handle over 60” even though it states 65” works. The biggest issue is the tilt! It just won’t stay in place and I tried everything. Oh well I guess. Let’s see how long it takes before I get it replaced.

These were a mistake but we have already mounted them to all the walls we purchased five of these but they are so heavy and difficult to pull in and out or tilt up and down the mount itself is so heavy we had to reinforce three of the five bedrooms just to take the weight of the mount since the TVs weigh a lot less nowadays! Disappointed they could have made a lighter version and very expensive poor value for money

After about 1 yr the speaker cover which is held on with magnets doesn't hold and cover keeps falling off. Would have expected it to last much longer for price paid.

We bought two of these mounts. They are both very stiff and we can’t get them to move much. I feel like we are going to break the tv trying to move it at all. We have a full motion mount from another brand that doesn’t have this problem. This is a heavy duty mount and if it worked it would be great, but neither of them do. Money wasted.
