It was easy to install out of the box. The issue that i have with this product is that the mount is so hard to move and manuever. It doesn't have free flow of motion. It probably needs some oil like the tin man from the wizard of OZ. I would not recommend this to anyone.

TV fell off of wall

Luckily no serious damage was done to the TV but my wall has huge holes in it making re-mounting the TV a total nightmare and now I have to pay to repair the damage to the wall. Would not recommend this mount if you want your TV to be safe and secure.

This Mount is unbelievably hard to shift/turn/ and or return to it’s original positioning. I have loosened the screws to see if that would solve the issue but no such luck. My recommendation is do not buy this wall Mount.

I followed all directions precisely. When I mounted the TV on the wall, the entire set up: TV, Mount and a good piece of wall came crashing down. Thankfully the return process was very simple and easy in the store. Note I just have to replace a $1,200 TV and my wall.

The TV never hangs correctly, moes from where you adjust it, and simply is too weak for this TV. Probably OK for a 40" TV but I would not use it for anything approaching 50". I'll have to buy a stronger one, although Best Buy said this would work fine. IT DOESN'T!

The tv doesn't sit even, all crooked. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Didn't return that item, because I had to get ppl to attach it to the wall and it would be more problematic to take it down and probably end up with something similar....

So I have had this mount for 5 months just sitting waist of 150.00 and even worst is Best Buy would not help at all.
