Lost the installation fee (due to third party) ... This wallmount is very hard to move or tilt . Its very heavy that a full Gym person even cannot move or tilt .. Gone through the manual and tried to loose the screw on the top but no luck .. Dont ever buy this.

The installer try mounting the TV adjusting the settings to different positions but it wouldn't hold right - hardly able to support the TV in an upright sustainable position. Eventually had to purchase a different more expensive mount and returned this .

Called Geek Squad to set up return. First, it took 25 minutes to sent up return. Terrible. Then not even offered a replacement, just a refund. So here I am with a new TV but no wall mount and no help from Best Buy. I will strongly consider never buying from Best Buy again.

Luckily we were still holding onto it while it ripped through. Better safe then sorry , get a better quality one for a tv this big.

I felt like I was going to break my TV just to make it swivel. The holes also didn't line up to my studs which caused more problems.

Apparently, the box has been opened before, the screw bags were opened and screws and washers are missing. Not happy with this situation.

Maybe it had to do with the fact that i was trying to place the wall mount over the fireplace, although that didn't hamper the original placement of my previous one.
