I purchased one of these for my father whose shredder completely quit. When I observed the operation and speed it shredded, I got one for myself. This is a great cross cut shredder for home use. It is quick and will easily do up to four sheets How many sheets it will do depends on the thickness of the sheets.. It does not overheat doing many shreds back to back. The shred is a bit larger than some, but I am satisfied with the size. For the price, I think it is a great product. It will also shred plastic cards. If a staple is in the paper it does not jam or balk although I try to remove staples before shredding.

We're glad that we purchased this shredder for our home use. We don't have a lot to shred, but what we do have it works great. Good purchase.

The shredder is overall very good, but it does not do a lot of paper at one time. So when I slacked off and had a pile of mail to shred at once not good. But for day to day shredding great!

Unit was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Have not used it a lot but appears to work well for what I need it for.

Even though it says 5 sheet, don't put 5 sheets in at once. I only put in 2 sheets at a time and it works just fine. I needed something right away that would crosscut shred and this fits the bill. I read previous reviews before I bought so I wasn't expecting a heavy duty shredder. I use this at home so it is perfect for my needs.

really reasonable and works great for personal use

Purchased this unit on sale to replace a worn out shredder. I am satisfied with the performance. The slot for shredding plastic cards is nice.

This model fits well into a wicker basket of mine that has a lid. It is hidden except for when I need to use it!

bought this for my wife, Works fine as long as anyone does not overload it, trashes the old bills fine.

Seems to shred 2 or 3 papers just fine. Got a great deal so for the money it's working out fine. Just would prefer a metal catch can instead of plastic. ( makes it a little top heavy.)

I have never had this much fun in my life! This thing shreds like there's no tomorrow. I can hardly stop shredding--in fact I have shredded way too much. When I run out of things I need to shred I start looking for other stuff. Yesterday I even shredded a couple of dollar bills. I just couldn't stop. Buy one--you'll see what I mean. I LOVE THIS SHREDDER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall this is a great personal shredder, you would not want to use this as a business shredder.

Overall it's ok-over heats too easy-can only shred 2to3pieces at a time instead of 5

This product is awesome for the price. Definitely not as powerful as those very expensive ones but excellent for practical use. I shredded years worth of papers and it took me about 3 hours of continuous use of the shredder. Although it did shut itself down numerous times within those 3 hours of continuous use, this printer was not designed for the abuse I gave it and it still was holding its own. Although it can handle up to 5 sheets, it struggles a little. I use it a least once a day for junk mail and that's it and it hasn't failed me yet. I love the thing and highly recommend it if someone is looking for an inexpensive printer.

Its very easy to use and the price is good for it.

Returned to store. Was not at all what I wanted. I thought it would cut paper smaller than what it does. Not good security for your paper work.

I have worked with this printer for a week and I have gotten alot of work done from past years. I have much paper to shred from 7 years back that I keep for income taxes. I keep it in a corner of the kitchen so it is handy when I bring in the mail I can take care of the junk mail right away.

I've used a lot of shredder but this one don't overheat and can stand long hours of use

I have a lot of mail wit person info & I use 2 take it 2 work 2 shred but now I can do it from my home So convenient !

I replaced the exact same shredder with a new one, Its inexpensive for home use, but only seems to last a couple years before it stops working.
