      Sufficient for certain applications, i.e. plugging mp3 player or phone into stereo. Bought this to plug an HDTV into a stereo system, but the headphone jack kills the TV's internal speakers when plugged in. Only way to use internal speakers is to unplug the headphone jack. Not the convenient way to run things.
