It had enough outlets to hook up my tv and accessories.

I liked the shorter cord but the way the outlets are lined up, it is hard to actually plug 6 things in. Good for my TV, Router and TV antenna but can't put much more.

It's great if you want things to turn off for themselves if you forget, but there is no way to keep any one item turned on and have the rest turn off.

Although just a basic strip, big& clunky, the price and the free shipping made the Best Buy value unbeatable 6 plug capacity

I bought one of these a few months ago. I ended up so happy with it that I recently bought 2 more. Finding a black, inexpensive surge protector with a flat plug was harder than I expected it to be... but this does the job really well. I do wish the outlets on the protector were turned 90 degrees so you could fit large adapters better... but for what I needed, it does the job well. Good quality, sturdy construction. Wall-mountable for those who need it. The power lights work as they should. And I've heard from multiple people that this did successfully protect them from power surges... and Dynex offers a good protection warranty in case it doesn't. And it's inexpensive... not recommended for your home entertainment centerpiece if you can afford a higher quality one... but works great for computer setups, charger stations and TV setups in the bedrooms. NOTE: Dynex is a Best Buy brand, for those who don't know. So you're basically buying a Best Buy brand surge protector.

Works like a charm! It does what I needs it to for the price.

I just bought more of these for my house. Got some white and some black. The cord is heavy duty. The plug is flat which is great. The plugs are nice sturdy. It has indicator lights. Just a great well made device. Due to the flat plug it also allowed us to gain a some inches by moving our appliances and furniture closer to the wall.

The best part about this surge protector is that it has indicator lights so you know when it's on. The old power strip that this was replacing didn't have that and it's signal was weak. So far that hasn't been a problem with this surge protector. The power cord could be longer but so far it's working pretty good. I doubt we'll need the equipment protection guarentee that Dynex provides with their surge protectors.
