I ordered this item online. The product was defective so I returned it to my local store. However, the local store doesn't carry the product and I was issued a refund for store credit. I wanted a replacement which was not offered. I was willing to reorder the product and pick it up in the store. However, that was not an option.

Works great, just smaller than I thought it would be. Should have looked at my ruler on measurements. Lol

Small and compact. Great for an office or work space.

It's a very nice product. The only thing that I dont like is the gallon is too small.

I like it but it’s very small. It doesn’t even fit regular paper size I have to fold the paper in half length way to fit in. It does the job and works fine exactly like the big one for the price. I don’t recommend for home office, it is just for light use.

Great shredder for someone who has a small office.

I always try and find the good and post positive comments. But I am struggling here. I need a new shredder so I log into Best Buy and order one. I had used the refine boxes to select criss-cross cut, one that can handle credit cards and cd's and fine one that had ok reviews. It happened to be on sale so I figured I would try it. I accept blame for not catching that it only handled 4" wide items so I have to fold papers to fit. With that being said, if I put 2 pages folded in half it bogs down. And the criss-cross cuts still leave legible text on printed paper. Even though the width issue is my fault for not catching, this is a weak motor and poorly designed cutting system.

I bought this because of the promotion. But was surprised when I picked up that it is too small. I got it anyway. It's a good shredder for small need. Not good for me because I have so much docs to shred.
