Tried to put one in my phone, wouldn't fit my port. Opened new one plugged it into phone and it turned off, I thought I accidently did it. Turned phone back on hooked pH to to cable it shut my phone off and drained battery completely. Took adapter off plugged in phone it wouldn't charge stayed at 1%. Had to opened phone take or battery any let phone sit. Put it back together and it slowly charged. Would hold charge like it use to. Wouldn't recommend it to no one, shorted out my phone . On good note, Best buy is great stands behind it's customers and refunded my money to card. Just disappoint I really needed adapter to hook phone to my tv. I have no internet.

I return the product to Best Buy but their 15 days return policy didn’t worked for me. I loose all my money for this broken product .

I like the fact that it features both mini-HDMI and micro-HDMI interface. No need to carry two different adapters anymore when I'm traveling.
