My husband and I bought this to replace the old filter in our dyson fan. We purchased some off brand ones off of Amazon and honestly, you could tell the difference in quality. If you use your fan EVERY SINGLE DAY like we do, it would probably be best to just invest in this. Dyson recommends to replace every 6 months. We use our fan 24/7, so we replace every 3 months.

A bit expensive but I wanted the original filter. I was going to purchase a much cheaper generic filter. Due to many reviews saying they had issues with their fan after using the generic filters I decided to play it safe and go with the original.. The Dyson fans are too expensive not to have the original filter meant to go with the Dyson fans. My fan also has a heater option so really did want the Dyson filter to be safe.

Fits my Dyson fan perfectly because it's an OEM product. make sure you check and replace your air filter every 6 months or so. don't follow the manufacturer's recommendation of 12 months. replaced mine today because it was dirty. the old filter was dirty while the new one is a clean white. I like to sleep with my fan every night.

Very easy to replace. Noticed a huge difference in air quality. I replace mine once a season for best results, and I have my fan on constantly. Wish it was cheaper though.

Dyson heater, fan, air purifiers are great. Changing the filter is a must. I only use the brand name filters - I know they will fit and work great. I like knowing that nasty dust etc particles are out of my house.

The Dyson filter works exactly as advertised. It fit easily and well into the fan and seems to be high quality. The only problem is the price, which seems excessive.

Trust the user guide when said use only genuine Dyson filters and accessories!! When the original filter needed replacement I ordered a compatible hepa charcoal filter off amazon. The machine sounded different and did not clean the air. Purchased this genuine dyson filter from best buy and bingo! JUST LIKE NEW. They may look similar but are not equal. True dyson filters have a tight weaved baffle on filter, the activated charcoal is a thick layer. The quality of stitch is top. Don't try and cheap out on replacement filters. There is a reason why $69 & last a year. Go genuine.

Got this filter for my Dyson purifier fan. Works great! filters out all the dust and pet hair in the air. I noticed right away I could breathe a lot better.
