Purchased this product had it 3 days and had to send it in for repairs. Finally got it back. And even though I sent in a unit that was still brand new. With no scratches or damage. That is not what we got back. The unit is all scratched and looks like is used. I contacted the company about it and was basically told it wasn’t their issue and I would need to contact Best Buy and return it. My issue is Best Buy didn’t screw up eco acts did. I would not recommend buying this brand. Poor customer service and now I’m stuck with an ugly looking vacuum that is an eyesore now in my house.

This vacuum cleaner is an only bright spot in my life at this stage.

I like how it works but I couldn't get the connection with my cell phone.

This robotic vacuum/mop is an amazing addition to our lives. Da Bot as it is affectionately known in our house has saved me a tremendous amount of time with keeping the house clean and dust free. Every time I empty the dirty water chamber I am so happy to know that I didn't have to do the work to make that water gross!

Love it. Great product, I typically buy some Lysol to put in the clean water tank and works well.

I can’t believe I waited so long to get ones of these vacuums! We use it every single day and it’s fantastic. The setup is super simple. Goes from hardwood to carpet easily as well! Highly recommend.

This vacuum skips all the important areas, and vacuums random places without going in order. It also keeps losing its location and never seems to be able to find its way back to the station. After 10 months it started just shutting down after it worked for 2-3 minutes and the lights indicating that the brush needs to be cleaned, which it has been clean already. It needs a lot of babysitting and restarting.

Just started using it and so far it's really good. I wish the app was a bit better in terms of experience but it's pretty good.

I have tried used this product for 5 times since I bought it, hoping it would work as I have a pet which sheds. But unfortunately, it doesn't work. It keeps getting stuck saying brush entangled but when i check there is nothing entangled. When I put it down back it starts working again. I have stopped using this product as it needs baby sitting to make it work by lifting it each time it gets stuck (which happens very often). Very disappointed. I bought it thinking it will help me. But it seems it needs my help for it to run.

Great vacuum bought it as a gift for my mom she loves it very convenient very cool she loves it!

Working good so far the vacuum is not as good as I wanted it to be but it doesn’t really really good job

The robot and station work very well and I am very happy with them. The reason this is getting 3 stars instead of 5 is the app, which is just awful. It is unstable, slow, unintuitive and just all around badly designed. While the system can be setup for automatic scheduled cleaning, if you want to have it clean a different floor it is necessary to use the app which is beyond frustrating.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and this thing is a life saver!! Does require some maintenance, but overall saves me so much time throughout the week!

App improvements and robot navigation improvements needed.
