The robot is a game changer. Setup is quick, it sticks firmly to the glass, and cleans thoroughly without leaving streaks. Saves so much time and effort, absolutely worth 5 stars.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but let me tell you, the ECOVACS WINBOT W2 PRO is an absolute game-changer. I have some large, high-up windows that have always been a nightmare to clean. I've tried everything from extendable wands to squeegees, and the results were always disappointing, not to mention the risk of using a ladder. This robot has completely eliminated that problem for me.
Setting up the WINBOT W2 PRO was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear, and within minutes, I had it attached to my window and ready to go. Watching it work for the first time was fascinating. It moves with a deliberate, intelligent path, covering every square inch of the glass. The fact that it's an intelligent cleaning robot really shows. It tackles the corners and edges beautifully, leaving no streaks or missed spots behind.

We got two large shop windows and a few medium sized ones and they’ve always been annoying to clean. Having this is like having a robot vac for windows. It’s been working well!
Side notes: This is one of the few tech items where I needed to consult the manual lol. I didn’t know how to open the station (now I know it’s actually fairly simple. You just pull the lid open. See the photo). Also, there’s a suction pad at the bottom of the station. I didn’t notice it until I tried to move the station around (when you use the handle bar to lift up the station, it releases the pressure I think)
