The robot is a game changer. Setup is quick, it sticks firmly to the glass, and cleans thoroughly without leaving streaks. Saves so much time and effort, absolutely worth 5 stars.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but let me tell you, the ECOVACS WINBOT W2 PRO is an absolute game-changer. I have some large, high-up windows that have always been a nightmare to clean. I've tried everything from extendable wands to squeegees, and the results were always disappointing, not to mention the risk of using a ladder. This robot has completely eliminated that problem for me. ​Setting up the WINBOT W2 PRO was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear, and within minutes, I had it attached to my window and ready to go. Watching it work for the first time was fascinating. It moves with a deliberate, intelligent path, covering every square inch of the glass. The fact that it's an intelligent cleaning robot really shows. It tackles the corners and edges beautifully, leaving no streaks or missed spots behind. ​The real magic is in the new multi-functional station. It's not just a storage unit; it's a command center that keeps everything organized and ready for the next use. I also love that the robot can charge while it's working, which means it can handle even my largest windows without needing a break. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my windows are being cleaned safely and effectively, without me having to risk a ladder, is worth every penny. My windows have never looked so good, and the best part is, I didn't have to lift a finger. This is more than just a gadget; it's a truly brilliant solution for a common household chore.

We got two large shop windows and a few medium sized ones and they’ve always been annoying to clean. Having this is like having a robot vac for windows. It’s been working well! Side notes: This is one of the few tech items where I needed to consult the manual lol. I didn’t know how to open the station (now I know it’s actually fairly simple. You just pull the lid open. See the photo). Also, there’s a suction pad at the bottom of the station. I didn’t notice it until I tried to move the station around (when you use the handle bar to lift up the station, it releases the pressure I think)

While this machine (I named him Wally the Window Washer) does a fairly good job, he still leaves some streaks. He does a better job than I can do, but the streaks were a little disappointing. I also wasn't sure what was meant by needing a frame as opposed to a bevel, which I didn't understand until I got the machine. That was my error. If you have a beveled frame, Wally WILL disengage. Even with all this said, it's still better than me having to do the reaching and stretching, with results that aren't as good as Wally's

So far so good. I've cleaned around 17 panes of casement, double hung and doors - inside only. I'm impressed with the quality of the cleaning - the glass looks great so looking forward to using this outside. Slightly frustrating that the instructions seem incomplete, like when to use the included cleaning solution. Also, I did have a couple times where the robot got stuck, especially on the bottom of the casements. All in all though, a very top quality product that does what it's supposed to.
