Great product to have when you're steaming movies.

Purchased this item to improve WiFi coverage. No improvement and the app is not helpful in identifying devices. The app is not user friendly.

This is great for increasing your wi-fi in an apartment building. In our area there is only one service provider available to us (insane, I know). Due to the heavy traffic, our internet was always sporadic on the far end of our unit. By adding this device we klnow have seamless accessibility to internet through our entire apartment.

I needed wireless connectivity in my detached garage that’s approximately 50ft from my house. Performance was ALWAYS an issue for all my smart devices (security sensors, cameras, smart tv, plugs, all of the above). Purchased these as an add on to my router and VIOLA! Even with the garage door down and my vehicle parked inside, all device systems were a go!

I have had these Eero’s for a couple of weeks now and love them. This is my first mesh router and must say it has improved my son’s network speed on his PC by more than double which is on the opposite side of the house where our main router is/was. Pros: - Internet speed is very consistent - Seamless transition between router/nodes without you even knowing (which is great for cell phones, tablets, or Nintendo Switch) - Mesh network carries consistent high speeds across the house - Eero app works great and makes it easy to know as well as control devices connected. I like the parental controls as well. - Setup was very easy Cons: - If you have devices that require 2.4ghz setup, such as cameras, you have to manually switch the router to 2.4ghz and it only allows you to switch it for 10 minutes at a time - In the two weeks I have had these Eeros, I lost internet once and had to cycle power on the main router to get the internet working again. I do not know if this was a fluke or something but hope it is not a a consistent thing to have to cycle the power on the router every week and a half to two weeks. Overall, these have provided very consistent high speed internet across my house which has made the whole family happy. The app is very useful and user friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was due to setting up 2.4ghz felt a little “clunky” having to manually switch it and only able to switch it for 10 minutes at a time but once set up it has been seamless with the exception of the one time I had to cycle the power on the main router to get internet working again.

Works great. Takes up less room and more powerful that the devices they replaced.

Perfect gift for family sharing of services and interaction online

Rarely any issues with the product and does significantly keep the wifi stable between upstairs and downstairs. Only issue is the range for the one we have downstairs doesn’t reach to the front or back patio.

For what this is supposed to do, it is difficult to tell if it even helps with internet. Difficult to install and make functional. Had to pay an installer to fianlly set this up and make it work. Still not sure if it does.

The eeros were so easy to set up and they work great. We also loved it that we could get these delivered the next day through Best Buy.

I bought the eero for my parents home , not only has it help them have better coverage in their home but I was able to connect all their gadgets like Amazon light the ring on their front doors. It was easy and painless. The young man at best buy was extremely helpful . I’ve even bought one for my home.

The Eero Wi-Fi routers work better than any router I've ever used. I located one near our computer and one near the TV. Our TV hasn't had buffering problems since. The Eero system was rated for 500Mbps. When we upgraded to 1,000 Mbps service, the Eero routers automatically downloaded software which enabled them to handle the upgrade.

The EERO Mesh system is great. It works wonderfully with no issues. Very easy to setup.

these are the best for updating our WI FI and getting a clearer picture for streaming. We didn't realize our others were too old to include outside Cameras or Ring Doorbell

Purchased this mesh router during Black Friday deal. Was skeptical in the beginning as I’ve always used traditional routers until now. This has been a best purchase so far. I was struggling to get wifi range in my bedroom upstairs but now It seems to be all good. I initially thought of buying Google mesh routers but seems they lack backward compatibility. Eero buyers though have not reported this issue. Setup was super easy and fast. Would definitely recommend it!
