This dual-band router work great! We had a little trouble with internet around the house. The main eero router is in the living room. We have a 3000 square ft house with 5 bedrooms. I put this one in my home office because extenders didn't work well. No problem with internet now even on the patio. We love this brand and have 3 eero routers in the house. Easy to set up and connect with other eero routers but it can connect to other brands.

Great little WiFi router, simple setup with a phone app. It has great coverage for our smallish vacation home. We are able to view the status of our vacation network from anywhere and see what is connected.
Pros:
Great WiFi coverage
East to set up
Small clean looking unit
Remote network monitoring
Some advanced options
Cons:
Not as many advanced options available as old school routers
Some advanced features are only available with a paid subscription

The best mesh in the market!! I already have the 5, and bought a 6 base to get a stronger signal from the basement. It works great!!! I definitely recommend eero with my eyes close!!

I love products that simply work. They are easy to setup and do what they say.
This product has good speed, good range and easily joined my network.
The app is intuitive and if you have easy setup turned on in the app, this unit will join the network automatically after plugging it in.
It is compatible with all versions of the Eero family. In my house we have a mix from WiFi 7 through to WiFi 6.
They are a great deal now since the is version is a few years old it still fast.

5 years ago we vested in our EERO system due to increased size of our home. I have encouraged friends to buy the system and bought another one when our internet provider relocated our modem & router to provider better service. The setup is easy, making things even better it worked instantly and personally I cannot recommend this system enough

I had previously used an older Netgear router, and had various connection issues, as well as speed issues. Now that I’ve upgraded to the Eero, I’ll never go back. This thing rocks! Consistent signal, you can boost the coverage for larger homes with another unit, and very compact. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I had a Linksys below mesh wifi. It worked great, but it was wifi 5 and required more nodes. I already had one of these units and it worked much better and reached farther than the wifi 5. I purchased this router to add to the other and now my mesh wifi is much better. I have coverage that extends into my yard and I have fewer nodes. A top notch mesh setup even for starters.

The performance of the AX1800 vs the Pro is notable, say 500 MBs vs. 650 for me, but with wired back haul, I wouldn’t say the Pro is worth the money. I replaced an Orbi RBS 50 system with eero 6 pro and doubled my speed. On a true gigabit fiber connection I’m getting 650 MBs max in speed test, but with super easy setup and configuration, eero is a no brainer. Just letting it auto configure solved my dhcp and double NAT issues with my modem and poor Sonos performance is resolved.

This router is super fast. You get 900 mbps, just make sure to get an internet plan with your provider to take full advantage of the speed. I got Spectrum with 200 mbps (which is really fast and more than enough speed for my household of three people), you'll have no problem with multiple devices including heavy video games and consoles like PS5. The good thing about this is even if you have a lower mbps plan with your provider (like myself), you can always upgrade your plan to more mbps (like 300,400,500-900) to use it to it's full potential. So you are future proofing your household. Even if you have a big family with multiple streaming devices at the same time, the potential of this router will give you seamless streaming with no buffering. Plus it's a mesh system so you can just buy more if you have any dead zones. But place it in a strategic place in your house and the range will be suffice for your household.

The eero mesh routers are the best thing to happen to home internet. Gone are the days of your signal being to weak because the router is across the house. These eeros let you set up multiple antenna points so you have a full, strong signal everywhere on your property. I have 2 in the house to boost the signal and then 1 in my garage and 1 in my shed. With the eeros theres no need to run hard wired ethernet underground to your additional buildings like a garage. Each router has its own cat 6 plug ins so im able to connect my security cameras, xbox, and pc that arent even inside the house. They are also the most affordable bang for your buck compared to other brands ive used. The eero app is also great for monitoring all your devices and connections. 10/10. I will always go back to Eero.

The item is simply working as intended after the first configuration through the app. Originally got one from ezee then filling it the blank spots at home with the routers as needed. The restart after being turn on is smooth and fast. Though, signal strength is challenged when the device and the router is on a different house level.
