Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

i have the 3 system setup but needed one more for above my detached garage to get a good signal out there. I love Eero mesh network. no complaints. seems a little pricey for one more unit but i know it works and does a great job.

Excellent product. Definitely captures the speed of the internet that I'm paying fro finally. Our house is 2800 sq. ft. so the Eero pro with the three beacons is perfect. No more dropped streaming, able to video confab without any issues, Internet dependency has become almost a necessity these days, and if you're having any issues with it. this is a great product. The customer service for Eero is also very professional, patient, & extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this product

I live in a four bedroom, 2,500 square foot home. My internet gateway is in the basement. I installed the eero Pro Mesh System in my home and I have broadband speed everywhere. I can stream Amazon/Netflix at 4K in my basement while my son plays on-line PC games in his second floor bedroom. This product is bullet-proof! Easy to install and very versatile. Each eero gateway has two CAT5/6 outputs, so my son's PC is directly plugged in. I've had 16 devices working off this system simultaneously and everything works just great. Well worth the proce.

I resisted spending 500+ on wifi. I tried the Orbi because every review I could find said they were the fastest. Spoiler alert, also the least reliable. I tried the best from Lynksys and D Link. NO better. I finally gave in and haven't touched my setup in over a month; longest I have ever gone. Check out the site and then believe the hype. It is wifi that I don't have to think about.

Absolutely amazing! Rock solid connection throughout 3500 sq foot historic home with plaster walls! Purchased this mesh network after struggling with multiple high power wireless routers and WiFi extenders. Nothing worked through the virtual Faraday cage that is a 100 year old home with plaster walls. Super easy to install (up and running with all 3 units in under 10 minutes). Absolutely not even a hiccup since installed over a month ago. Simply great!

After years of struggling with poor coverage and poor overall performance of standard wireless routers, I decided to switch to a mesh system. Being the early innovator in this space and being known for rock solid, reliable mesh routers, eero was at the top of the list. A month in, I am very pleased with the performance, and the WAF (wife acceptance factor) has been good too! So far we haven't had any trouble with coverage, or wireless just dropping, or just plain losing our Internet connection. The eero just works.

Replaced my Orbi with Eero for my Ring devices

2,200 sq ft rectangle house. Main router at one end, satellite about 2/3 down the house. Coverage is excellent throughout the house and outside property. Setup via iPhone app was a breeze. Main reason for purchase was because my Ring devices weren’t consistently available using the Orbi RBK50. I’ve had no issues connecting to my outside cameras after replacing with the Eero placed in the same locations. One reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’d like more configurable options either in the app or via desktop. It’s set up for a novice homeowner. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought to replace r9000 from Netgear and have been extremely happy. The ease of setup and the performance is excellent. There are some little things that i had to get used to in turns of advanced setup. For example setting custom IP and subnet does not seem to work if you wish to use something like 192.168.2.X. This was not a big deal to adjust to the scheme that they have by default. My key things were security, performance and reliability/range. This has ticked all the boxes thus far.

Buffering, weak signal and family complaints are over! I was always paying for 300mbs but I never got it until now. I love the ability to see whose connected, how much bandwidth their using and I can schedule my kids internet access. 5 bars = 5 stars.

I had a d-link "drone" (AC3200) router for about 2 years. It was a powerful router with good reach and specs. I started having connectivity issues with that router. Decided to go for the eero pro. The setup was simple but i ran into some trouble with the modem i used. Arris 6183 is not supported and does not work with Eero which i didnt know. I had to swap the modem (Thanks to BB return policy) and get a motorola instead. Worked like a charm after that. I went for the pro version as i have many devices hardwired with LAN. The network has improved overall along with coverage. No deadspots and seamless transition from one eero device to another. Everything i have works through the internet (around 18 devices) at any given point of time. This includes directtv, video calls amongst others. This eero works well and handles everything without breaking a sweat.

Was a little skeptical when i purchased the eero but after installing it, was really impressed. Was able to get rid of all the dead wifi spots and able to extend the signal to my backyard. Even tho its a little pricey but definitely worth the price!

With the start of distant learning and the extra time at home, we found ourselves with more that twenty devices connected to our wireless. After reading a lot we finally decided to give Eero a try and couldn’t be happier. Eero was easy to install, devices connected effortless and now streaming is smooth. Everyone can work/watch TV/ videochat with no problem. It is pricey, we have ranch style home with basement and needed 3 Eero Pro. Use my birthday coupon and saved me a little.

I have had over 20 routers and extenders from various manufacturers over the last 10 years. I have never experience the consistency and performance of the eero system. This is by far the easiest Wi-Fi system I’ve ever used and set up. The system easily runs all of my appliances security cameras and all tablets and tough books in my residence. With out any issues or problems.

I replaced a Linksys router and range extender after it continually needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. The eero pro is working great so far and the coverage is excellent. I have the three routers spread throughout the house with one in the laundry room which covers the garage and outside. The system is a plug and play. Everything is controlled on your smartphone, which actually shows what devices are connected, idle, and in in use. Expensive is the only downside, but if it's in your budget I think the coverage and reliability is worth the price.

Wifi should not be thought about, it should just work. That's what Eero brings to the game. It just plain works and it's simple. I am a technie and although I would have liked to have more control and insight into my network, I'll gladly take it working perfectly instead. I don't know how I feel about this price when the Eero 6 has not been released. I will see how they compare and then assess because at $500 for a 3 pack, that's steep.
