The installers showed up on time which was great. They also were very friendly and installed it as I had hoped and cleaned up very well. My only complaint, though, which I didn't realize it until later, was that the stove was not leveled properly. Any spilled fluids now run to the right rear burner.

Great install. The range fits and it is properly leveled. Installer helped me test basic functions including heating up the oven before he left. They took out the old stove and installed the new without any scratches to the floor or cabinets.

This team was able to finally install my range while the other team came 3 times and everytime they forgot something. The installation did not take time. They did not leave untill they were sure that i am completely satisfied and everything is working well. The only thing i did not like that they refused to take off their shoes and i have a baby and i am not allowing any shoes inside the house. Other than that was very good.

The delivery crew that delivered my new range today were extremely polite and did a fantastic job with the installation. They were right on time. They explained and showed me how to operate my range and made sure it fit properly and was level and everything worked properly. I'm very pleased with the range and the delivery and install. I hope you let them know I think they did a wonderful job. You have wonderful people working for you.

Experienced, efficient, and effective crew. Worked out well. I just wish the install schedule windows could be less than 12 hours before they notify us with a 4 hour window the afternoon/evening before.

Installation went very smoothly. They knew what they needed to do. They removed the old appliance. I live on the second floor so it was not to bring in a new appliance and remove an old one. They did a great job! They checked to make sure everything worked. They swept up the floor and took out all the packaging and old stuff. I was very happy with the installation. Very professional.

As it turned out, the Servicemen did not install my new range. They were not able to install when it was delivered due to needing an electrician to install a new electric outlet and also needing a carpenter to enlarge the cabinet space a small amount. The cabinet person installed the stove at the time he enlarged the space. The second visit by Best Buy to install was found to be not needed. The main purpose of my review is to state how professional, polite, and helpful the Best Buy servicemen were. Could not have ask for better. Thank you very much.

The delivery and installation of my appliances went very smoothly! The guys arrived on time and were very respectful of my home. They made sure all items were working properly before leaving, and I haven't had any issue since installation!

The guys installed my Frigidaire stove without any problems. They were very professional.

first install was great, The second install was not as good as there was a language barrier between the installer and us. Overall though the job was done. Range was not even with countertop

It looks great and is working properly. It sticks out more than i would like. The large electric box to plug it in keep it from going against the wall.

The guys that delivered my range and my new fridge did a wonderful job. They were clean, kind, and made no mess what so ever. They were careful to get the appliances in place without any damage, hooked them up quickly, removed all debris and thanked me in the end. Best Buy hires qualified delivery personnel and it makes all the difference.

I love my new glass top range. So far haven’t used convection but eager. The install easy. Fits perfect and gas begone ! Gas is recommended being phased out for respiratory issues so I got in line for change!

Our stove installation was quick and done expertly. Our Geek Squad Rep. was friendly and courteous. He and his partner, wasted no time and were careful in the installation of our new stove and in the removal of the old one. I did not realize that I needed to order a power cord to go with the stove but, they had one on the truck.
