Decent work. The stove was installed with no issues, though there was some confusion over where the manual could be found. This is a minor issue. There also seemed to be some light argument between the team, but I will readily admit that this may have been little more than perception than an actual issue. Overall happy with the experience.

Best Buy Geek Squad delivered my new stove. I received 2 phone calls, a text message, and an email from Best Buy all on the same day they were to deliver. Weather was bad and because of heavy snow and poor travel conditions the delivery team had to find an alternate route and therefore would be about 15-20 minutes later than they had anticipated. The delivery team called me two more times to give me up-to-date information. The team was very professional and did a great and thorough job with the installation of the new stove and the relocation of our old appliance.

Best Buy sent independent contractors that delivered and installed a fridge and an oven. The guys were fast, careful and very professional. they rechecked my measurements to insure fit and clearances, got the old appliances out and the new ones in and installed in under an hour! these guys did a great job and cleaned everything (packaging) up before they left. Great job!!!

The most important thing was the fact the size of the range was so perfect that it was amazing that the technique was so perfect and the technician was great

Love the oven. Would buy again. When it was delivered, I was renovating so, I asked the delivery guys to leave it aside. I should have asked them to attach the electric cord right then. Instead, I called at another time to have it connected. The very courteous gentleman who did the install cut a corner which I didn't appreciate. I didn't call them back. I just fixed it myself. He didn't put the safety guards around the port where the electric cable goes out from the unit. It's put there just to make sure the cable doesn't experience stress and the rubber get sliced by the metal. He literally left it on the floor. If you were building a house for yourself, wouldn't you take every precaution to ensure you don't have an electrical fire? I would, so I did. It wasn't difficult. Thanks to youtube, I had recently seen an electrician railing about this very thing - having to go behind the install people and then it happened to me. Not sure why they feel it's okay to cut corners. Next time I will just make sure the item is ready to plug in before they leave.

An unknown available issue that required me to take more time off for delivery. There was an installation issue…again needed an electrician. That was a $150 charge that could have been half the price, had I had prior notice. I had a home advisor come to my home to measure and make sure my options would work. He missed that one important detail. Every one of my 4 new kitchen appliances had issues going in, that cost me time and money. I have spoken with several representatives, who claim they would handle electrician bill…they don’t return phone calls or emails. That is probably 3-4 different representatives who have shown me they don’t care!!! Range is great now that it is in! I recommend the item, but not the customer service!!

The delivery crew did an amazing job. Called and was able to show up 4 hours early, which gave me the rest of the day back. The installer was knowledgeable, immediately knew that the gas line I had just capped did not actually need a cap, so I was able to take the parts back to Lowe's for a refund. Since the stove was on a cold truck overnight, he also told me to wait several hours before taking the plastic off until the stove got to room temperature so that it was easier to remove. He was in and out in 10 minutes including installation. A+ service.
