We had an awesome team delivering and setting up our range and refrigerator. They knew what they were doing. They worked in unison and didn't waste any time. They explained the appliance to us and showed us various things. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and clean. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled our old appliance away.

Delivery and install went great, and the installers were very informative about product.

This technician for the refrigerator replacement was great. He was very knowledgeable. He pointed out how the previous technician did not complete the process when putting back on the front doors. The doors were missing two screws. This technician completed the process. He also pointed out that the crew that installed the stove never leveled the stove. I must call Best Buy for a ticket. This tech, for liability reasons could not complete the work on the stove.

This was my second attempt at purchasing a range. I had initally purchased from a competitor, but the delivery and installation was such a nightmare that after an hour I asked them to just pack up the now damaged range and return it. I immediately went to Best Buy and purchased the same unit, which the store price matched. The delivery was smooth and easy. Terry and Billy had the unit off the truck and installed in under 20 minutes, and were incredibly professional. I am grateful for their care during install, the range was not damaged or mistreated and they were careful to not scratch the floor. Great guys and great service.

I love Best Buy’s stove installation service! The process was seamless, and the team was professional and efficient. They set everything up perfectly, making my life so much easier. I can now enjoy hassle-free laundry days without any worries. Highly recommend their installation service for anyone upgrading appliances!

Im trying to win son of the year. My mothers fridge went bad. It was a better deal to replace washer stove and fridge THANKS BEST BUY They delivered to the wrong location other than that the appliances work great and my mom loves them!

Love the oven. Would buy again. When it was delivered, I was renovating so, I asked the delivery guys to leave it aside. I should have asked them to attach the electric cord right then. Instead, I called at another time to have it connected. The very courteous gentleman who did the install cut a corner which I didn't appreciate. I didn't call them back. I just fixed it myself. He didn't put the safety guards around the port where the electric cable goes out from the unit. It's put there just to make sure the cable doesn't experience stress and the rubber get sliced by the metal. He literally left it on the floor. If you were building a house for yourself, wouldn't you take every precaution to ensure you don't have an electrical fire? I would, so I did. It wasn't difficult. Thanks to youtube, I had recently seen an electrician railing about this very thing - having to go behind the install people and then it happened to me. Not sure why they feel it's okay to cut corners. Next time I will just make sure the item is ready to plug in before they leave.

Installation was quick and flawless. The installation team was clean and answered my questions about the product.

Decent work. The stove was installed with no issues, though there was some confusion over where the manual could be found. This is a minor issue. There also seemed to be some light argument between the team, but I will readily admit that this may have been little more than perception than an actual issue. Overall happy with the experience.

Best delivery guys and install ever experienced! Communication regarding delivery time was exceptional and accurate to the minute. Install went smoothly and they took time to show me how to safeguard and turn on oven for the first time. Extremely professional and courteous!!

I was honestly terrified for delivery. Most third party delivery men could careless about your new purchase or your house. The gentlemen that delivered my range were so nice and professional. They came to check out the space before they brought the range in. They saw that I have a very clean house and they immediately went back to their truck and got booties. They were very careful when unpacking the range, allowed me to inspect it before bringing it in, and then were careful as they brought it in. I think their tools made a minor scratch in the stainless, but they were so nice, I wasn't going to complain.

An unknown available issue that required me to take more time off for delivery. There was an installation issue…again needed an electrician. That was a $150 charge that could have been half the price, had I had prior notice. I had a home advisor come to my home to measure and make sure my options would work. He missed that one important detail. Every one of my 4 new kitchen appliances had issues going in, that cost me time and money. I have spoken with several representatives, who claim they would handle electrician bill…they don’t return phone calls or emails. That is probably 3-4 different representatives who have shown me they don’t care!!! Range is great now that it is in! I recommend the item, but not the customer service!!

My contractor send his workers to install this range. It was very simple and easy to install. They tested it and it works well. I'm glad we bought the heavy power cord

Best Buy sent independent contractors that delivered and installed a fridge and an oven. The guys were fast, careful and very professional. they rechecked my measurements to insure fit and clearances, got the old appliances out and the new ones in and installed in under an hour! these guys did a great job and cleaned everything (packaging) up before they left. Great job!!!
