Installers did a good and speedy job installing this range.

Other than not making the time schedule the service guys did a great job bringing it unto the house and hooking up the cord

Thus I purchased my Samsung electric range/oven and am satisfied with its performance. So far (1 month in) all works just fine. It took me a bit to get it connected to my iphone with an app so I could set the time! But it all now works.

We were so happy with the whole installation process. Yorman and Juan were our technicians. What a wonderful experience. We were updated through out the morning with their progress to our home! When they arrived they were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and did a wonderful install.

I never really considered Best Buy much for these types of purchases and really didn't think their installation service would be great, but I was wrong. They really took great care in moving the old stuff out and installing the new one, running the oven to make sure it worked. Very impressed

Install team noticed a dent on the rear and brought it to our attention. We accepted delivery anyway. As compensation they included a power cord, and we received a cash settlement. The install team did fail to level the stove as part of the installation. A followup visit solved that problem.

I love this range. It is beautiful and it heats water to a boil in no time flat. This is my first glass top, so I purchased a top protector which I had to order from another retailer - too bad sellers of the appliance don't sell those, too!

The guys who did this were friendly and very helpful. They got the range in fine, and it works. They were going to also install a washing machine, but it was damaged in shipping so they couldn't do it.

The installation team for the range gets an "6 out of 5". First, they called and asked if they could come early (yes!) and carefully carried the heavy range through our galley kitchen avoiding bumping the granite countertops overhangs, after equally carefully removing the old range. The setup, leveling, and power-up took just a few minutes, including the anti-tip bracket, and we were cooking breakfast before the originally scheduled time of arrival.

Easy to install. Fit perfectly in the space. Looks great!
