The crew did a great job installing our stove. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Made sure the stove was level and in working order. Both installers were very friendly. Thank you so much! My wife and I appreciate it.

Although the Geed Squad arrived late they kept us informed during the day about their really full installation schedule. They installed the stove without putting a single scratch on our new wood floors. A little problem getting it leveled. Checked out the stove after installation - gave us a quick overview and loaded all their trash. Showed a good attitude even though they had a long day.

Yes, it takes more than just plugging it in and pushing against the wall. The electric 220 cord must be done right, or problems and even dangers could ensue. The proper cord brace was installed where the cord enters the range, for full safety. I watched, it was done right. As with the refrigerator, the range level was checked, and all burners and functions confirmed. Top notch install by our BB team.

Best installation was smooth. Installers verified evrything before installation started. They explained the functions and tested the range before leaving. They left the site clean.

The Geek Squard Serviceman (2 came) were extremely courteous and knew what they were doing ..When they entered my front door, they immediately put "booties" over their shoes so they would not track dirt on my carpet and floors. They installed the Range without any problem and were on their way in no time. I would highly recommend their service.

The delivery team called at 7:41 to let me know they were on the way and would be there in less than 30 minutes. After 90 minutes I called the geek line for an update. Neither they nor the delivery company could reach the driver. They did arrive finally before 11 so they did make the original window. All I got was we had some truck problems. They were courteous and efficient except that they did not install the back grill on the stove that prevents things from falling behind it. I had to pull the stove out and attach it myself. Also not sure it was leveled.

Overall good service but was frustrated when the delivery driver wanted cash to move the stove from the Kitchen to the garage

Two people came, and they did an amazing job. Our eletrical plug is not standard, and they went above and beyond to do the necessary fix for us. Without them, the range can't be installed so nicely and cleanly. We have used the range for 2 months now, and there wasn't a single problem.

Delivery and install went great, and the installers were very informative about product.

These guys called in advance, got here early, and did a great job on install of new slide in range. Worked hard going up 15 flagstone steps, cleaned up and left with all smiles and satisfaction
