Install went fabulous. Delivery team was great! Not easy getting big items in a 100 year old house but they were patient and knew exactly what they were doing

Two technicians arrived at my home about 8:30 the morning of the agreed delivery date. They were very professional in how they worked. Setup and tested everything and cleanup after they were finished. I am very glad that I requested the free professional installation service. Thank you very much for your courteous, professional work.

Installation consisted of attaching the appropriate cord to the stove and plugging it into an existing outlet. Then pushing stove into dedicated space. Techs did that.

The installers of our electric range came to our house between the designated time range and installed our range within minutes. They were very professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. Before you know it they were in and out of our house with a nice new installed range in our kitchen that is working smoothly.

Beyond happy with our installation service! The delivery people were extremely careful with our new range- even more so than I would have been honestly- very professional, and took the time to explain the care of the range and made sure everything packaging-related was removed so it was ready to use right away.

These guys were in and out in short time. We had old cord off and the delivery was easy for them because all was on ground level. The new one in, old one out and job done. Your repair department is another story though !!!

The installers did a great job! They were there when they said they would be, were friendly, professional and had the job done in minutes. After they installed the new oven and hauled my old one out they turned it on to show that it worked and made sure it was level. It was my first time using Best Buy for home installation and I'd use them again.

Installed stove and hauled away old range quickly and efficiently. Even ran a cleaning cycle on my new range and advised on that cleaning cycle.

So i had a grease fire and needed to replace my stove. The first 2 stoves arrived busted up from inside the box..the 3rd one was perfect and installation was a breeze for the fellas...no problems so far.. BTW..i received a $200 bbuy giftcard for my inconvenience..

Same group that installed my washer and dryer months ago installed my oven. They were great the first time and even better this time. They'll protect the item, not disturb your other furnishing around the house and actually show up within the designated timeframe. 5 Stars. When a delivery and installation service performs well, they deserve some praise. It's hard work.

Love the way it cooks and easy to clean. The oven cooks fast.

The install went flawlessly, they were actually running ahead of schedule and called ahead to see if they could swing by early, done! They brought it in and had it installed in very little time, explained everything to me they needed to, didn't leave any trash or anything behind, heck they even went as far as to set the clock on the range for us without asking A+!

Quick removal of old electric range clean install of new and leveled to counters. Set clock and checked functions.
