Be ready to have the range completely ready for a very basic installation. My previous range was gas and the line was still attached. The delivery and installation company will not touch gas lines and you will need a certified person or yourself to detach it. The installation is probably not worth paying for as its a simple slide into place and plug in.

Delivery on time. Installation was quick. No complaints.

Installers showed up on time and called first. However, they did not leave me any instruction manual or registration card for my very expensive Cafe range. There was an anti tip bracket that was to be included with the range - I already had one installed from my last range so he just used that, but he didn't leave me the one that was included so who knows what happened to that. Also, while the installer made sure the range was level left to right, it was not at all level front to back. I was not asked what height I wanted it installed but he went into a two minute talk of how he liked the range to sit much taller than the countertop. Well I don't. I would adjust it myself but I've no manual because he didn't leave one. Also, there were pieces of Styrofoam still present in the range that, if I had not seen them before use, would have melted. Lastly, he turned it on to take a picture to prove it was working, but had no idea that induction ranges don't heat up without a pan, so he clearly knows nothing about the product he was installing. All in all, a rush job without any consideration of my wants.

I purchased a Samsung Electric Range with the additional features of AirFry and Convection Oven. It also has a 5th "Warm" Burner, which is very handy. I LOVE MY NEW RANGE - AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL IN MY NEW KITCHEN!

Leroy was very good. He went right to work, and was very careful with the removal of old oven and replacement of new one. He was also very efficient, clean, and checked it all out to make sure it worked and that I knew how it worked before he left.

The installers were wonderful; moved my old range and made sure to position the new one correctly. They were very polite too.

Don't break your head. Just have them install your appliances. Its insured and they use high quality materials

It was not difficult to install; basically plug it. The little bit that had to do (which was to install some kind of bracket in the back of the range to keep it from tipping, they did not do right the first time, then I had to call them to come in the second time and they did not do it right again. Also, they did a really poor job of enlarging the hole on the kitchen cabinet in order for the power cable to go in and as a result the power cord is kinked,I basically gave up, I am just going to do it myself. it was not worth me getting more upset over it.

Excellent crew. There was a mistake with the initial delivery and Best Buy sent another crew member. He was extremely professional, understood how to mitigate an issue with the space available, and was overall just a pleasant and polite individual. Thank you.
