First range was damaged but bestbuy is the best Damaged range was replaced in a week.

The delivery was great. They arrived within the window specified, called before arriving, and were extremely careful of my house and possessions. The set-up was even more impressive. Extreme care was taken to install the unit, removing it and reinstalling it after making multiple minor corrections. It appeared that a perfect installation was the goal. I believe it was met. I could not have been more impressed or pleased.

Freddy and team were sensitive to the tile floor in our kitchen. They installed the tip brace and plug in no time.

Crew installed qith zero problems. Great experience.

Installation crew did a very quick and thorough job in removal of old range and installation of the new unit. They were fast, clean and accurate. They even checked all range functions before they left.

My old stove died on the evening of December 21st. I was able to purchase a new stove online - the chat person was very helpful - and the new stove was delivered and installed at 8:00 am Tuesday the 24th. Saved the day.

So nice to have geek squad to install our electric range for us. The guys did a nice job and they were kind too. They took away our old stove so we didn't have to deal with it.

Had my Samsung range and my Samsung microwave delivered to my house on December 29 Best Buy was really punctual on delivery time and installers were very knowledgeable was a fast and easy installation process would recommend Best Buy installers to install Any appliances needed

Works great but was missing the manual and the fry tray.

The Best Buy installers were extremely helpful. They showed us how everything on the stove works and even helped us print an owner's manual.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional. I had many things done incorrectly with a prior installation of which he explained very well. I would have him do work in my home and refer him as well!! He did a great job!

This was done by a third party company. I was a bit taken aback when one large man showed up in a pretty old work van. He did an excellent job and was very good with installation and setup.

Our range was installed very quickly and most importantly it was done right the first time. It's only been a couple of days but our range is working like a charm. Very happy with the service and can't beat that it's free of charge with the application purchase, which is a standard at most stores but it's still nice.

Giving 4 stars because original appointment was missed. due to mix up in phone contact number. Waited most of the day before calling in only to learn everything done via computer nowadays instead being able to talk to a live human. Eventually found an associate to talk to. Several emails later, eventually got rescheduled. To avoid angst/stress recommend Best Buy explain this to customers at the time they make their orders. Team that did install was very professional, courteous and careful to ensure no damage to floor/surrounding areas.
