The young men installing the range did excellent work. They were careful with their work, very respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing. Very happy with their work.

The installation team was excellent. They called ahead to ask if they could come early. They took care with the appliance and my home to make sure no damage was done. They were extremely polite and well skilled at their job.

The installer came as planned. He was friendly and courteous. He made sure everything on the range worked before leaving. He was very careful about not hitting walls, etc., as he removed our old range and placed the new one. He also made sure the range set correctly so that it was even with the counter top.

I couldn't have done it myself. They even leveled it too.

Range was delivered and unpacked and got ready for installation at the delivery truck. All packaging was picked up and taken away. The correct electrical cord was put on and the range was put into the kitchen. It fit the space perfectly except it seemed to stick out farther than expected. I discovered later after the technicians left, the tip over bracket wasn't installed and the stove was pushed up against the old tip over bracket because it was in the wrong place. I had to remove the old bracket and install the new bracket but now my stove is installed correctly.

The Best Buy install team was pleasant and worked quickly. They left no mess behind snd I was able to use my new oven right away!

Smooth delivery and installation. I was called 15 minutes before their arrival. The old went out and the new was installed. Perfect! The two gentlemen explained how things operated and even watched to make sure I knew how things worked before they left. Thanks guys!
