The install was very quick. The techs took extra care during install to protect the kitchen. They cleaned up after the install and made sure to provide any instruction needed related to the appliance.

One guy showed up on time, removed my old stove, and installed new one, all in about 20 minutes. I really appreciated that he also turned on all the burners to make sure they worked.

The man in charge was impatient, just asked me to trust him, mumbled answers to questions, the 'helper' was much more responsive. After having had one bad installation experience I felt defensive. However, they did a good job.

The installation crew was excellent. They were very efficient and professional. They set up the range with the correct cord and installed the range quickly. They tested the range and everything worked perfectly!

The delivery crew did a good job of installing this electric range after an initial mix-up at the local Best Buy, with the delivery crew only bringing the dishwasher (the electric range and microwave delivery instructions were missed somewhere along the line) the first trip. The delivery crew came back the same day with the electric range and microwave and completed the intended range installation. I appreciate their commitment to customer service in spite of the disruption of their schedule for deliveries/installations for other customers.

Our installer(s) were amazing...quick and efficient and made sure we knew everything about our new range before leaving. They were both so professional...I love my new range and am thankful for such wonderful installers.

Once the appliance was actually scheduled to be installed the installer was super helpful, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The gentlemen made sure we understood how to use hte appliances. The Best buy appointment service was unacceptable.

One of the issues I always deal with is whether or not free installation services are worth it or not. In terms of getting a new heavy appliance brought to your door and having all of the packing material magically disappear, the answer is an emphatic "YES"... But, when it is NOT worth it is when things get broken or bent or scuffed in the process of getting the item from the door to its permanent location in the home. This has happened enough times that I always consider the alternatives to the free delivery option. In the case of the most recent acquisition, I accepted free delivery because I had an old appliance that needed to be removed (which costs $25 in addition to the free delivery). To my great relief, the two delivery persons that showed up were very professional, and although they went to the wrong address initially, still arrived in plenty of time to complete the installation. All in all, a good experience that I would repeat again.

My range was delivered and placed near the right spot, and the old range was hauled away. I can't fault the delivery crew for one slight hiccup, which is that they were not allowed to hardwire the range to the electrical hookup. I completely understand why they couldn't, but it would've been great to know that beforehand to alleviate any confusion around what type of plug I need. Fortunately, I'm capable of finishing this last bit of the installation, but anyone else would need to scramble for an electrician to finish everything up properly. So, 5 stars for the crew, but Best Buy themselves would get a couple knocked off for not outlining this oversight.

I love the look and it cooks up as great as my old electric stove top. I just need to know how to get it cleaned with the right product yet. The oven though, I am still learning about and I love it already. Can't wait to see all the things it can do.

They were on time and got the stove installed and working quickly. They didn't have much time to show any features, and I had to get the glue residue off of the oven door myself. But everything worked out fine.
