Installation took 2 times, not because of the workers but because original stove was hardwired. They arrived on time and completed the installation fast and efficiently and hauled off the old stove. Took less than 1/2 hour. Great.

This installation went very smoothly. The installer arrived 30 minutes early for my morning appointment. He got the range installed quickly and gave me a basic rundown of its operation. He was gone before the original appointment time. He was polite and professional.

I would highly recommend having the range installed. The best part is that the installers make sure the oven and all the burners work. They also ensure that the range is level. My service was excellent. They were polite and personable,which is so appreciated!

I was contacted within the delivery window and prior to arrival. Two workers showed up, quickly removed the old range, installed the new, balanced and checked it was fully functioning. Completely and competently done without issue.

Probably the quickest major appliance install that I ever experienced. Geek Squad installers hauled away my old electric range, brought in the new Samsung replacement, plugged it in, gave a brief explanation on its operation and the install was completed.

The installers were on time. They were very professional and installed our stove correctly, and the stayed until it was right. They also gave us a quick lessed on how to use it. This was very good experience.

I have no complaints about the delivery crew and the installer. They were polite and were very careful bringing in the range - they did not bang any walls or doorways. Once the range was installed, they waited to see that everything worked on the range and that it was level.

Installers were very nice, very professional. Called before arrival. Installed the stove. Left paperwork. No Users Guide though. Assuming it didn't come with one.
