The installers were on time and worked quickly. They made sure everything worked properly and explained how it worked. I highly recommend purchasing Best Buy installation services when you buy an appliance. I would certainly buy the installation service again.

The installation of our oven couldn't have possibly been better. Timely, professional and offered to teach us how to use it (which retrospectively we both wish we had done). They asked about other products we had bought from Best Buy and helped us with those as well.

Installers we're a little late and not well prepared like the Geek Squad was. They had no dolly or lifting straps. Thought the young guys that showed up we're going to drop my $2500 range but they got it done with no issues.

Your installers were prompt . They removed the old stove and brought in the new range without a scratch. They leveled and installed new range. They are a credit to Best Buy. I used to install appliances myself, not anymore!

These guys got 5 stars: 1) On time. HUGE plus for being on the early side of their appointment window 2) Super clean. If it wasn't for the new range, I would have no idea these guys were in my house 3) Super quick. They were in and out in less than 30 mins.

My range and microwave were installed professionally and also in a very timely manner, I was very excited about that!!

Workers were on time and very professional on installation of range to secure it with no tipping over. They were very particular and asked if I had any questions and told me a little about how it works.

These guys were the best yet. They communicated well and best of all they showed up on time! They were very organized and had the old stove out and the new one installed and leveled in no time flat! Very kind and courteous too! They did a fabulous job!

The professional installer that delivered my range was suppost to install an anti tip bracket, but fail to do so. The bracket is inside the range taped with the instruction book other than that everything when great, and the range works excellent.

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

The installers that delivered this stove were very professional and courteous and took extreme care to not damage the stove or anything else in the house during installation. Tested everything before leaving to make sure the stove and oven worked properly.
