The installer was great. We inspected the appliance at the truck. He was careful bringing it in the house. He installed it with care. The stove was checked to make sure it worked. All paper work was explained. A very nice installer who appeared to care about his customers.

Was nervous getting a Samsung appliance for the first time, but this one has been a good fit so far. A very attractive appliance with great features for cooks new and old. Would definitely recommend, but keep in mind we have only had it for 4 weeks.

The guys came out on time, removed our old stove, installed/leveled the new one, and explained the operations effectively and efficiently. They were polite, knowledgeable, and knew what they were doing. And, they were nice people. Good recruitment and training BB folks.

Bestbuy has delivered/installed a few appliances for me this year. It was the cost of the cord, (which I know is over priced just for the cord), but the service was worth it. This experience was a little lack luster compared to my others. The feet of the stove were bent and I had to do the troubleshooting with no real suggestions from the installer. They shrugged it off, we see them like that, it doesn't hurt anything. Unfortunately, it made it so the stove was higher than my counter. I had to modify the feet (take out one screw and loosen up the other two) and reach out to support myself.

The geek squad did a quick & easy installation! Left everything clean. Could have used more instructions. No longer give an instruction guide! Waited 20 min online to figure out how to set clock!

They came on time and were very efficient in removing my old Viking range and installing the new range. What I expected to be a large and dirty job was actually easy.

The team that came to remove my old stove and install the new one was great! They called before showing up and even asked to come early which worked out great for me. They were in and out of my place in under an hour. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!

The associates who installed the range are knowledgeable, quick and efficient and respectful.

at first, the range would not slide all the way back against wall because cord was in the way... installers seemed to be very rushed to leave and basically pushed and were ready to leave. I had to ask to pull out again to look at cord, adjust and push back in (TWICE)... it did fit, the cord did fit under the back of the stove.. just took a moment of patience and WILLINGNESS to complete the job. Both gentlemen were very nice and didn't give me a hard time about pulling it back out (twice) to make it fit.. but they certainly seemed in a hurry and weren't really worried if it was done correctly, just Done.

Stove was installed. Fit ok except the cord keeps the bottom drawer from closing completely. The stove was not anchored

I love my new range. It is great looking and performs well. I like its sleek design. I didn't think I would like the handles since they looked a bit commercial to me. However, now that it is installed and placed in my kitchen, I love the look.
