The range is great and very elegant with nice stainless steel touches and blueTeflon material inside the oven, the installation was so easy and really fast, it comes ready to be installed in just minutes

Best Buy has upped their game in the installation. They called me three times to update me on the time that my oven would arrive. The guys who installed it were extremely friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the installation.

The delivery was running late and I received a phone call explaining what was going on, which I really appreciated. Once they arrived, the installation was quick and efficient. They even took the time to explain some of the features of the stove to me.

The installation went great. The guys were on time, efficient, friendly, yet respectful. Reviewed the preheat b4 use procedure with me and checked the level twice. Answered my questions and just left an all around good feeling about this purchase.

The installation of my Samsung electric,convection range and microwave oven was unbelievable. Two guys ,who knew what they were doing,quickly installed the microwave and then the range in a short period of time and left my kitchen clean and ready for me to cook!

Installers performed their function as expected, took care for the property (no damages, etc.), and were very courteous. Will use BestBuy installers again in the future when I purchase my next appliance.

Managed to bring oven without difficulty, installed it quickly. Gave suggestions to help when they measured the sides and found out that the sides were to narrow.

Bake features is great. Smart thing app is very helpful. The cook top cleaning is not so great, it could have came with a removal liner for spills.

They went beyond my expectation. It took less than 15 minutes to install. They explained all the features and even did the pre-test on the oven before they left. Will use your installation again.

Considering this was the only thing out of my entire purchase they attempted to install (I had to replace outlet) I figured this is the only one they deserved a better than 1 star review They were professionals and put the stove in place

A range install is something I actually could do, but since the technician was installing our other purchases and the charge was nominal, I figured what the heck. The technician was professional and quick and had things up and running quickly.

Installation was very easy. The installers were in and out. The just slides the range in with no issue. I was a little bit disappointed because they did not install the brackets

I live in a high-rise, which is very odd for Oklahoma. The crew was so helpful. They unboxed my range, brought it through a series of weird corridors in the building's basement to the regular elevator because the freight elevator was broken. They careful made sure the range and the building were not damaged. And they just had a great attitude. I love Best Buy employees.
