When delivered wasn't hooked right ground wire was put on hot screw. I seen that right off and called bestbuy, they sent out a tech. 2 days later put wires on right and showed me how to operate. Glade I noticed the wires were wrong or stove would have been toast.

The install was quick, clean and problem-free. They answered questions I had and demonstrated how to use it. They even set the time on it! And they took everything away and left the kitchen as clean as they found it.

Install was great except they didn’t take off the bright yellow shipping pads inside the lower oven door. Still can’t get them off :(

The installation of my new stove did not go as well as it should have. I received e-mails giving me 2 different arrival windows. One e-mail said the earliest arrival would be noon, the other said it would be 1:00 p.m. The delivery men arrived at 11:00 a.m. I had called Customer Service the night before and asked that the delivery men call me at my landline number 15 minutes before arrival, so we could put our 3 dogs in another room, and I gave the agent my landline number. The delivery men did NOT call before arrival. I later saw that they had sent a text to my cell phone number. When they arrived at 11:00, we had not yet moved the old stove out of the "stove space" and had not completed the cleaning of the "stove space." I asked the delivery men to give us a few minutes. My husband pulled the old stove out, set it in the living room and got the 3 dogs put away. I began cleaning the baseboards and floor of the "stove space." The lead delivery man kept poking his head in my front door every few minutes, asking, "Can we bring it in now?" This was extremely aggravating, as i was down on my hands and knees, and in a lot of pain, trying to finish the cleaning. Is the communication among Best Buy Customer Service, sales and delivery personnel non-existent? I do commend the lead delivery man, for cleaning up the dirt resulting from his removal of the old tip-over guard from the baseboard.

Wasn’t much of an install. Placed the unit in its place. Plugged it in. I could have done it myself. But no issues so that’s good.

It didn't take long to get the old one removed and to have the new one installed.

We purchased a range and refrigerator, and our installers did a great job. They were fast but thorough, and had all the necessary extras so the installation could be completed on the day. They even started cleaning the floor until I told them I planned to clean the area after they left. And the harnesses they had to help them carry the appliances were really clever; they didn't have to roll/drag the appliances over the floor, potentially leaving marks or scrapes.

The installation team was very fast and prompt with their time as well as mine. They installed it to my satisfacton and let me give final approval on being happy with their work.

The people who came to bring our new stove and put it in were on time. Very good at there job and we were happy with what they did. What more can be said if you do your job well.

I am remodeling my kitchen and my contractor asked to have the appliances delivered the first week . Then moved them to the front room . When it came time to install the appliances they couldn’t fit through the openings. The Best Buy people came back out and picked up the stove and carried it over the cabinets. They were fantastic .
